Thanks for the answer on GR. One more question - I did Noogleberry for a year back in 2010. I achieved tremendous swelling after each session (did 2 two hour sessions daily) but all swelling deflated within an hour. So the tissue stretched but had I no growth whatsoever.
Quit all NBE last April (out of frustration) & restarted last Aug. after a "flat" swimsuit season. No NG this time but took Greenbush (FG/WY/SP) & Fennel for 5 mo. Then started on PM 1/1/12 (along with the GR). Will the herbs provide the growth within the stretched tissue unlike using no herbs with NG?

Just don't take more then three a day, because of the soy sprouts. Other than that, it looks OK.

The advantage of swelling herbs is that the swelling lasts about 8 hours. I spread three cups of GR over the day to ensure near permanent swelling. That should be more effective for growth than an hour every now and then.

Along with the greens I had you look at..oh it is a powder ..I ordered this one too to switch every other day http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SWR060/ItemDetail what do you think of this one..this one has atlantic kelp does the first one I showed you have any iodine from any of the ingredients..is this one I listed now good for NBE but I am mainly wanting to take them for my skin, hair, nails, and overall health..I am only doing one serving a day of each but not on the same day..take one one day next the other..now this one I listed it say 2 teaspoons for a serving if I take half would that be better is there too much iodine for that one serving..dont want to overdue on that and A this one is low in A the other is very high but not past the RDA also I wonder if I need my multi..I already take away from the multi separate is my liq. b complex, b5, folic I think I will have to do folic every other day, and I take biotin 5000mg, as I think about it sounds like I should just take my multi on the days I dont take the high A...also can I take these both on the say day you think it wouldnt cancel each other out would it? see the thing is I dont eat that much greens, barely and the ones I do eat are nothing to them nutrient wise also I believe the nutrient value from the fresh from the stop loss its value by the time it arrives..anyway sorry for reallyyyyyyyyyy rambling..

I am thinking of taking some GR or FG again but my body is doing good, rash on hand is just about gone so not sure..I started back yesterday taking 1 wy and 1 PM..just using them sparingly just enough to help with my body not for NBE really..just me putting weight on is giving me my titas and booty..sometimes I will throw in a maca if I feel tired..maybe do own tomorrow morning and see how I feel..ok done.

Looks good, but quite a lot of ingredients: if something goes wrong, how do you know what caused it? Bargain Boobs is doing an experiment with apple pectin.

Maybe the Dunaliella, I'd have to look it up. The others will contain some, but I expect no extraordinary amounts.

Well, there is papaya in it, but it's very little.

You will still need iron during your period. Can you get 25 mg from black strap molasses?

I'd take the whole serving: there's little of everything except beta-carotene.

Your body makes A from beta-carotene as needed. So you can't really take too much.

I'd still take the multi. I don't expect anything to cancel, but checking for too high doses is hard work for powders like these: it takes a big table with all vitamins and minerals, the nutritional data of each ingredient, and the RDAs from the NIH fact sheets.

I know hops is full of surprises too, but Indian lotus is one herb I wouldn't want to use every day for as long as it takes to grow breasts on it Dodgy

I had no idea LS was considered a narcotic - that's crazy! It definitely doesn't have any mind-altering effects and I've been taking it 3 times/day.
Just out of curiosity, why would you not want to use it every day?

One thing I should clarify though, is that I'm not using Indian pink lotus seed - I have 2 batches, one of Chinese Lotus and one of American, which is the one I'm currently using. My mom had some Chinese LS leftover, so I had originally finished that before starting the American one. I don't know if that makes any difference, though.

So far, I'm loving it - not only is it super tasty, but I feel like it's starting to kick in. I've been taking it according to the routine I'd listed for 2 weeks now, and even though I feel like it's too early to tell, my boobies definitely look like they're getting fuller. No growth yet, but fullness. Only yesterday I started doing a massage with FG, but up until then, they were getting fuller just based on the LS routine, no massage, no other herbs. However, I want to make sure that I'm not imagining things, so I will probably wait another week or so before I officially report the results. But I just thought I'd give my $0.02 about the type of LS. Big Grin
