Congrats Isabelle! That's pretty impressive progress, both body and boobs Smile
Thank you lostacres6, teacalm, and Malina,

I'm not planning to go on maintenance anytime soon. I certainly need the fenugreek and the goat's rue to continue slimming my waist. Oats and flax are good foods, and I want to increase them, while decreasing sweetened cereals. The hops stopped my hair falling out and the maca is better than coffee, so why stop? And so what if my breasts would keep growing? Maybe I'll stop when they outgrow anime standards Big Grin

That's 177 lbs, and a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25.3. Two pounds to go to a healthy weight, and 12 to my ultimate goal.

OK, this was after a heavy self love session, and I may have sacrificed my new D cups. But hey, it helps motivate me to eat low carb Smile
Hi esabelle:
can i use hops extract 10:1 and what would be the amount equal to 1800 mg of hops flower?
thx
Hi sfita,

Yes, you can use it. You will need 180 mg.
thanks for fast reply
can it be used for making tea as an antiandrogenic ?
Yes sfita,

You can.
I am still puzzled by the apparent contribution of maca in re-starting my growth. I am continuing the experiment of the last two weeks with a high maca dose, to check if it really does contribute to growth.

Initially, I started maca to deal with the negative effects of hops on libido, and especially on mood. The chemicals responsible for the positive effects of maca on libido and mood have been identified, and neither are hormones:

The maca flour I use is pink-reddish. Red maca has been shown to reduce prostate size in rats, which suggests an anti-androgen effect:
http://content.karger.com/ProdukteDB/pro.../000264618
but the anti-androgenic effect on prostate size occurs after the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone:

so it is not likely that the maca could have increased my estrogen levels by increasing Luteinizing Hormone (LH). Besides, studies on maca as a menopause supplement are inconclusive so far.

When I decreased all doses except hops in December, my growth stopped. Hoping to find the essential herb in my program, I increased them one by one, and so far, only the increase of maca helped. Of course I hope my growth keeps up during the two week experiment I'm running now on a high maca dose. But if it does, I'll have a hard time explaining it.

Yesterday, I took my elder daughter, her boyfriend, and a good friend of theirs to

at

I bought 250 g of powdered fenugreek seed for € 0.95, and 250 g of black seed for € 1.75. I just love their prices.

I just answered leeannel's question on how to use fenugreek for waist slimming:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=11387&pid=46479#pid46479
It takes quite a few lifestyle changes to make it work. Fenugreek slims the waist, but it puts on weight. Black seed may be an easier alternative: it slims the waist too, but it lowers weight.
This morning, the scale said 82.5 kg, and this afternoon, after the walks, 82.0 kg. That's 1 kg better than last Tuesday, and 2 kg better than the Tuesday before. So there's finally progress here.

There's 8 kg to go to my ultimate goal. If I keep going at this rate, it's still possible before summer. But then I will certainly lose a lot of breast size. So in the next experiments, I'll be looking to add new things to my program to speed things up. I'm thinking of black seed, soy, and L-arginine. I still have a panax ginseng root I never used, but I'm afraid adding a weak estrogen will slow me down.
