I have a question about FG and GR.. I have been taking maca in the morning, about 500mg for starters just for even out hormones and I feel it working and on this amount I am having some action in the titas..not sure if it is that or my added other things like biosil which I dont think is cause I just started that.. I started taking raw garlic too but what I have been taking is my veggie drink mix and I stopped taking a multi and my extra b's when taking these for some reason I found my hair loss was worse and my scalp was more oily.. since I started maca I have had no more hair problems so far and feeling overall pretty good.. I plan on taking a sup. at night of mag., zinc, and b6 cause I read that these help growth hormone factor and fat reduction.. anyway cant remember what else I changed but I am doing this mostly for skin, hair, bones just good health and want to start working out again to be fit, well I am getting a bigger belly so that is why I asked about the FG and GR.. oh what also helped my hair problem is I stopped using sulfies shampoos well I use low ones and only shampoo with them like once a week and use conditioner as my daily shampoo..
I have a question that has nothing to do with herbs ...but I plan on making my own mineral make up but wanted to know if any of these ingredients are harmful..Zinc oxides, Bron Nitride, Pure Silk, Organic Rice Powder, Kaolin and Iron Oxides... this is what I was going to use to make it..this is what I plan on using if iron oxides is bad, I plan on using kaolin clay in white, red, and green.. then add the zinc, and maybe pure silk, and allanton..
