I've been taking 4 x 610mg FG as well as PM for the last few months, but haven't noticed any swelling.
I tried the GR back in January but that affected the prostate but again without any noticeable boob swelling.
I've looked for black seed but can only find it online in the UK in small quantities from Islamic religious suppliers. I even looked at your Jacob Hooy site but I'm afraid I can't read Dutch (apologies!Smile )

On the subject of GR, though, it occurred to me only a couple of days ago, that since prostate problems are basically an enlargement of the gland causing a restriction in the vessel, the GR was causing the gland to swell by more than the floquil and finasteride effects could deal with. I just wish it would cause other 'glands' to swell by the same proportion!!Big Grin

As I said in another post, my body seems to react differently to everybody else!
PM suppresses prolactin. So I'd try a few of these again now you're off PM. These are quick experiments: results in half an hour.

Jacob Hooy label it "Komijnzaad zwart" or "Nigellae":

Not to be confused with ordinary "komijnzaad": cumin is a different plant.

Just for you!! Tongue
A mug of GR is brewing now, although I was only on your hops/GR/oats/flax etc regime when I tried it before and at a higher rate than you were using. However, we'll see. Watch this space......Big Grin

You know.. it never ceases to amaze me how readable Dutch is if read in English...if you see what I mean? I first noticed ita Schipol years ago, when I saw a notice which read ( from memory) " Instepkart" or something like that? Which is quite obviously in English.. 'In-step card' = Boarding Card

Similarly with Komijnzaad zwart... Koomin zeed zwart... Cumin Seed black.
Just need a slight pointer and it becomes obvious... however your pronunciation, is something else entirely!!Smile
Haha Pansy Mae,

I do hope the tea works now Big Grin

Pronunciation, oh yes. I moved up from 200 km down south 22 years ago. Saying one word in a shop is enough: 'Are you from the south?'

Hmmm... brewed 1.5g for 20mins and drank it 40 minutes ago...nothing so far...

I'll do another later this evening another in the morning and see if anything happens.
However, given that it is a short term effect anyway... I'm not too keen on the idea of taking a bag full of 'herbal substances' to a caribbean island, even if it is a Dutch one!
Oh, I wouldn't be too bothered. Go into a supermarket or drug store there and you'll find a wall full of potions. Against the jinx, pour in the bath to get rich, etc. Come to think of it, I never checked if there was one for boobs Huh

They'll only confiscate everything on the way out: those islands are on the supply line from Colombia Dodgy

Yep, I know. We went to Margarita few years ago... 4 blokes in scruffy army type uniforms at two wooden trestle tables, searched EVERY item in every bag and case of two aircraft... we were due to take off at about 3-30pm, finally got away at about 8pm!
( when I say EVERY, I mean EVERY... opened every book and shook it, switched on every camera and phone...etc!)
Well, at least they checked the whole plane, instead of letting everyone know who looks suspisious by their standards, criteria, stereotyping, prejudice, whatever. Does any political party program ban humiliating security checks that are justified by increasingly remote threats?

Anyway, I just finished accounting. It needs and update since I stopped the ridiculously expensive L-arginine. Before I started L-arginine, I used to spend € 15.58 per month on my program. Now it's € 22.90.

The current stock of black seed is five times as expensive as the previous one from amazingoriental.com. I got 120 capsules of the previous multivitamin for the same price as 90 capsules of the current one. And I need to chill on the goat's rue. Since the two other swelling herbs, black seed and fenugreek, are way cheaper, it would make sense to do swelling experiments with those. And I want to do an experiment with oats instead of maca to counter depression from hops.
