Nigella promotes whittakers chocolate over here in my country.
She sure has the best breasts ever!!!!

I came from a family of good cooks, so cooking is sort of in my genes. Does your hubby do the cooking, then?

I just had to look up Whittaker's chocolate. I want to try that Dark Orange kind so badly.

Yes, her figure is beautiful!
My mother cooks really well as with my sister, but i just have no imagination with cooking. I just boil and bake and fry and thats it!
My hubby is even worse however when he is FoRCed to make the effort he cooks better than me! Hes actually quite creative too. He just refuses to cook cause its a womans job!
Oh whittakers is amazing. I used to love the peppermint kind. And whittakers has a rich high cocoa content too. ITs not that mostly sugary choccy, its the good stuff

Just follow recipes! And then customize them to your tastes. That's what I do.

Ha ha ha, I agree with your hubby. It's a woman's job. Tongue  A shame his talents are being wasted, though.

You've got me on Amazon looking up Whittaker's Chocolate.
I'm a little worried about my illness. It's not improving much and I coughed up blood this morning. I don't know if I should go to a doctor or not. I do tend to stay sick for a super long time. I think part of the problem is I just don't sleep well. I tend to wake up throughout the night and then, no matter when I went to sleep, I wake up too early. Even if I fell asleep at 2:00 a.m.

I think I need to improve my sleep hygiene. I'd get better NBE results, too.

I'm currently sleeping on a futon and have no bed. That's probably not helping. My goal for this month is to save up money and buy at least a mattress. I'll save up for a bed after that.

There are also apps now that monitor your sleep and help you improve it. I might look into one of those.

I've never been a good sleeper, and I can tell it's taken a toll on my brain. My memory and ability to concentrate are terrible. It's time to get some proper sleep.

Still sick and it's so boring and old now, ugghhhhhh. The worst part is I basically didn't sleep last night. I was fighting not to fall asleep at work today. My body loves to torture me.

In that same vein, my hormones have been INSANE this cycle, good grief. I've been in honest disbelief because of them over the past several days.

I get paid at the end of the week, and I'm going to go on an epic grocery shopping spree. Been watching Nigella Lawson videos, and I'm going to make some of the recipes from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vyysD6o57Q I want to have a healthy, easy breakfast, a really healthy, nutritious lunch, and then something kind of decadent yet still healthy for dinner. I really want to be a good cook.

I love Nigella Lawson she brings it all so calm. And perhaps there's some good boobfood advise in her videos. She has a big cupsize!!
Anyhow please let us know what youve bought..i cant watch your vid!
I admire your wish to be a good cook btw...all it takes is love and patienceTongue I wanted that too once but sometimes I just dont have the time and patience...yesterday i baked the most growse egg bc time forced me too put the fire HIGH. It was tasted like a flat cooked egg, ugh disgusting.

She has such a great presence, doesn't she? It's strange to think that she used to be insecure, like me.  And yes, her figure is such an inspiration! She seems to favor Mediterranean cuisine. Maybe that's the key!

I'll do my shopping spree this Saturday. So far my list includes goat cheese, parmesan cheese, pasta, Greek yogurt, cream, milk, parsley, eggs, turkey bacon, lettuce, lemons, apples, bananas, and a can opener.

I've always wanted to be a good cook. My mom was an amazing cook. She made such rich, elaborate dishes and was always reading cooking magazines.

Oh no, I'm sorry about your egg! That sounds awful. Cooking definitely takes time and a certain amount of technique, even on simple things like eggs.

Yes she is a great presence, she really is lovely and a warm personality. I real caring woman I always get that impression.
But if I take the effort I can really cook well, I've heard that many times, people even ask recipes from things I cooked lol...i thought by myself really? from me? I dont like cooking at all..all these cooking accesoires and stuff falling on the floor and mess everywhere...im very unhandy. And the most awful thing to do during cooking is when you cooked your pasta/veggies/whatever and you need to get the water out of the hot steamy pan without burning yourself on the steam or water..I always stand in weird bending positions to get my arms away from the steam lol.
Mediterranean I have heard often is good for women...I can see why...good herbs like oregano,rosemary,basil,garlic...then ofcourse they eat mostly carbs which is what makes us curvy and what I am trying to work on. Ill check out her recipes soon..thanks for inspiring meSmile
Parmesan cheese is so delicous btw..you made me hungry and I need to sleep!
It could be raw throat from coughing causing blood but I wouldn't muck around with that. If it doesn't stop seek help. Maybe honey to soothe the throat or try implement a way to breathe through the cough to avoid
Coughing up blood is not good news! Nor is shitting out blood or pissing out blood... If this persists a couple of days definitely go see a doctor. Are you in pain? Fever? If so, don't wait.
I am sorry the trip was kind of in vain, but think of it this way-- the more experiences you go through the more you are learning about yourself and what you want-- that is good Smile  Don't rush it <3 love will come in time! But keep an eye out for it. If you are coughing blood DO see a doctor!!

I didnt read your message in my previous message but I just watched a show about sleeping...they said working out/moving in the afternoon improves sleep a lot. Further couging of blood sounds very scary, really visit a doctor bb! Goodluck!!

She is very caring. She took care of her husband, who had terminal cancer. And she's had a lot of tragedy in her life, so I think it's softened her into a deeply loving person. I really admire her!

Ha ha, it's funny you say that you're unhandy, because Nigella is actually that way! She's known to be a very messy, clumsy cook. She even says so herself. She's mentioned all the burns she has. You're more like her than you realize, especially since it sounds like you're actually perfectly capable of making tasty food.

Carbs make us curvy? Where did you read that? I try to avoid too many carbs because it can increase androgens. And I have plenty of those naturally.

I'm glad I inspired you. Sorry that I made you hungry at bedtime, though!

Raw throat is what I kind of assumed. I've been having crazy coughing fits, so I'm sure my throat is all sorts of messed up right now. Honey sounds good right about now. Preferably in hot tea.
