I took two Skin, Hair, and Nail supplements.

I had an interesting moment today. I was at the gym when a girl walked into the room I was exercising in. She looked slim and toned with a small waist, full thighs, and a round little booty, and I thought 'Wow, she looks so amazing!' Then I suddenly realized, 'Wait. That's sort of what my body looks like.' It was very revealing, realizing that I like seeing my body when other girls have it, yet I don't like seeing it in the mirror. Hm. I honestly think something in me is just determined to dislike everything about me.

Anyway, all angst aside, my breasts are so big and full and firm right now. I'm seriously loving it. I was at work washing my hands in the bathroom today and I looked in the mirror and realized that, with certain movements, you could tell through my fitted shirt that my breasts are a bit too big for the bra I was wearing. I should only wear my roomiest bras during luteal!
Isn't that interesting. So, you realized you is looking super fine?! There you go, girl. Smile That's great! Enjoy it! I remember one day looking in the mirror and being startled to see that I was pretty cute! It was weird- like I was looking at myself through someone else's eyes. And do you know when it happened? It happened after I had done a lot of healing from depression and stuff. I could literally see more clearly! Big Grin
Hi there I just wanted to say I think what you're doing is amazing and it's really motivating me to eliminate herbs and take a more healthy approach that will benefit my whole body/health. I always read about how nutrition is crucial for nbe and overall health mentally & physically. You're also motivating me to drink more water! Congratulations on the progress you're seeing and I hope soon I can have a moment like what you had when you were washing your hands/looking into the mirror realizing your breasts are too big for the bra! Unfortunately I barely fit properly into a good portion of my bras right now. But anyways thank you for sharing your journey, it is very informative and inspirational!

Aww, charr, I definitely don't think I'm super fine. I still want slimmer thighs and a smaller waist and a bit more softness in the right places. And of course, bigger breasts. But I thought she looked good.

I'm sorry to hear you were depressed, and I'm glad you've healed. That can't have been easy. Now you're in a good place. Smile I could definitely learn from you.

Wow, thank you so much! I didn't think people would pay much attention to this thread, as I don't post pictures. I'm glad the idea I'm working with is compelling enough to you that you're trying to make a switch. You made my day! Hopefully soon you'll be busting out of your bras and having to call on Ella to find a nice, cheap bra for you that fits. Smile

Today's intake:
78 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, two scrambled eggs with ketchup, turkey sausage, hot green tea
Dinner - Salad with hummus, three tacos with guacamole and plain yogurt, hot green tea

I didn't take any supplements today because my stomach is acting weird and I didn't want to irritate it too much. I hope it's just because I'm getting my period soon (I do tend to get a bit of an upset stomach at the beginning of my period. Sorry, TMI.).

I made a fresh batch of hummus yesterday. I'll have to remember to try making a flavored kind next time, like red pepper hummus or something like that.

Some things I need to think about:
1. Tea can inhibit the full absorption of some vitamins and minerals, especially iron. So drinking green tea with my meals might not be wise.

2. I should start eating cooked greens.

3. I need to eat more things with B vitamins in them.

My breasts are still all big and swollen. They're super tender as well. Today I was trying to do a stretch that I do regularly after my workout that involves lying on my stomach, and I had to push myself up with my arms a little so that my chest wasn't pressing into the floor. It hurt way too much. The pain is worth it, though, for how big and glorious my breasts look right now.
