Aliexpress has a ton of breast enhancement stuff. I'm going to cave and purchase something from them myself eventually.

I ordered them last night but itl take near a month to arrive .. Oh well $11 usd I'm not worried.
I will try find them from a European seller so at least we understand the ingredients

Today's intake:
88 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, a green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Homemade garlic bread with vegetable hummus, nacho beef casserole with avocado and plain yogurt, a baked potato with margarine and veggie dip, hot green tea
Dinner - Two pieces of chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans
Snack - Two pieces of peanut butter toast with peanuts on top, skim milk

I took a multivitamin, cod liver oil, vitamin C, probiotic, and b-complex.

I love my homemade scrub! It smells so good and gets my circulation all whipped up. I used it before my bathtime massage routine and my breasts were nice and red after it all and super swollen. They felt huge and different. They've never felt like that before, almost like a different set of breasts. I felt like I had a lot more surface area to work with with my massage.


I love my bathtime massage routine. Once I'm done, I just sink down into the tub and let the warm water add to the effect while I read a good book!

Still no period.

Edit: Right after I posted this, I noticed a strange wetness down below and thought 'Maybe I spoke too soon!' So I checked and, sure enough, my period just started. Took about 35 days.
Today's intake:
74 ounces of water
Avocado smoothie
Homemade garlic bread with vegetable hummus
Broccoli and chicken divan with brown rice
Beef brat with onion, ketchup, and mustard in a bun
2 pieces of 72% cacao dark chocolate

Fasted until 5. I was starting to get quite weak by the time I broke my fast, yikes.

I took a multivitamin and cod liver oil.

First full day of my period, and some of my swelling went down, but not all of it, yay! I miss my full luteal swelling, but I definitely don't mind having a completely flat stomach again.

It's finally getting consistently warm out where I live. I'm so grateful. I know that with warmer weather, I'll be able to grow better and faster! Big Grin

Lunch - A bacon, turkey, and avocado sandwich, plain yogurt, baked potato chips with vegetable dip, hot green tea, three pieces of 72% cacao dark chocolate
Dinner - Salad with hummus, one slice of oven cheese pizza, hot green tea
A few White Cheddar Cheez-Its

I took a Hair, Skin, and Nail supplement, vitamin C, a probiotic, b-complex, and cod liver oil.

I gained an inch... in my waist. Angry I think I'm still slightly bloated, since I tend to retain water until the last day of my period, but a part of me is scared I've been eating too much. I'm going to not eat after 6 and try to get to sleep earlier. That always helps trim my waist down.

Reading what You eat is the highlight of my day! I just salivate and dream of the day I can eat things like bread and dairy again Rolleyes

I actually wonder if the hair skin nail supplement might help with boobs.. I'm sure you ate well before aside from the "Breastifried Chicken" Wink

Bit how many times do you hear some saying they took a good ,multi with collagen or other hair skin etc and their boobs plumped up a bit.

I need a new GOOD multi now but I kept tpgetting these whole food ones with probiotics so now il look at one with a hair skin nail component to it..
