Today's intake:
104 ounces of water
Breakfast - Green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Chicken quesadilla pieces with plain yogurt, guacamole, and salsa, orange chicken with veggies and noodles, a beef brat wrapped in wheat bread with onion, ketchup, and mustard, hot green tea
Dinner - 3 pitas filled with chicken, hummus, red onion, and cucumber, hot green tea
Pre-fast snack - Toast with peanut butter, skim milk

By now, I'm definitely part chicken.

I took 2 Hair, Skin, and Nails supplements, vitamin C, cod liver oil, and a probiotic.

No more fat brushing for me! Last night, while I was doing it up the right side of my back, I felt a small lump form (this sometimes happens on my chest as well, like I've caused tissue to pop up). Curious, I touched it and gently pressed it, examining it. It flattened under my touch and a few moments later I had pain through the right side of my ribs, into the front. Me being the alarmist that I am, I started jumping to all sorts of crazy, illogical conclusions. 'What if I've caused permanent damage? What if I need to go to the emergency room? What if I'm bleeding internally?!' Needless to say it scared me. It still hurts today. I'll stick with strictly regular massage from here on out.

I'm a little envious cause that chook has a nice set too doesn't she Wink
Wait, you're right. Her cleavage is almost as nice as AquaA's. Now I'm mad that a chicken has nicer boobs than me. This can't be life.

Ha ha hear that..!
Freaky story, but hopefully no big deal. As I have gotten several massages from professional therapists. I know that even they can move things around and sometimes they bust up a little node of something that has gotten caught in the tissues or a knot and it might hurt (a few have made me yowl). In my experience, it actually been a good thing because it was a knot or lactic acid or toxin build-up that lead to soreness, pain, or stiffness and was released by the pop.
I have recently started massaging to clear out cellulite. Anyway, maybe I could study massage techniques more carefully before employing my own technique. Hmm.
I wish I could snag your lunch and dinner right off the computer screen, blessed. Sometimes, your careful notes are just too delicious!
That picture is hilarious and ridiculous. Smile
Definitely do your research with your massage, charr. And thanks for the reassurance. I'm still hurting today. Hopefully it will begin to fade away and no harm done.

I'm glad people are enjoying reading about the food I'm eating. I'm certainly enjoying eating it. Big Grin
Today's intake:
82 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, a green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Half a chicken quesadilla with guacamole, salsa, and plain yogurt, two beef brats in wheat bread with onion, mustard, and ketchup, hot green tea
Dinner - Salad with hummus, three slices of oven cheese pizza, hot green tea

I was thinking about my hormones today. I've been slowly reading through the lovely missboobshirt's program page because she's stuffed so much useful information into it (seriously, everyone trying NBE should go read through all the great resources she's been generous enough to share in her thread). As I read through, I started to realize that I, like her, might be estrogen-dominant. I have most of the signs of it.

Then I was thinking about my testosterone levels and decided to do some research. I was shocked. Normal testosterone levels for women are 15-70 ng/dL according to this page: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency...003707.htm Some pages even said 12-60. My testosterone is 90 ng/dL! Good grief!

So... am I both estrogen-dominant and testosterone-dominant? No wonder I'm such a mess. Sad

I heard you should test E and P and T at the same time, they work in synchronicity or to that effect. Plus bloods aren't reliable and measure the three together by saliva and maybe your not that bad? I just wish I could get saliva done and npbe donevwith it you know.. If I WAS peri meno then taking hormone blood tests means squat cause they fluctuate too much..
