I managed to find the 30D for relatively cheap, but because it fit so badly I'm wary of wasting money on something that might not be my size. Plus if you buy bras outside of the normal range, they're super expensive. I'd love to buy some if I could, but I can't right now.
Besides, I plan on growing. Why buy a bra that won't fit for long?
I managed to get 4 bras for £52 (around $70) which isn't too bad
That's a fair point. I only got these as its kinda socially expected
Hi bb.
What does the cod liver oil do?
I have lots of bras, just not in the proper size. I'm wearing those until I really, desperately need a new one. Except the 30D one. That thing is the death of my chest. Can't live without bras. I can't stand being braless.
Ella, I use the cod liver oil because it helps with acne, which I've suffered from since I was 5-years-old. Honestly, most of my supplements are for my skin as opposed to NBE.

Oh I hear you.
High in vit A from memory and D?
I was thinking I'd like to amp up the garlic oregano cod liver etc but I don't want to overdo it either.
Something MUST be behind your acne though.. Hormones?
Thank you for that link. Unfortunately, I've read all of that before. Trust me, I've read everything on acne! I've probably researched acne more than I've researched NBE. The only things that make a difference for me are Accutane and certain topical products. But companies seem to love to discontinue the products that work for me. My problem now is my skin is dry on top of it, so I have to try to address the dryness and the acne simultaneously. It's a very hard thing to do. Dry, acne-prone skin is the worst skin type possible! I'd take my oily skin back in a heartbeat!

Ok sorry that didn't help.
I believe there's an underlying reason for all disease and chronic complaints and only wish we all had access to organ function testing, complete food allergy tests, full hormone panels you see where I'm going.. Sadly they are financially out of reach, unobtainable by most and completely ignored by Drs. So we have to live with it
It would be amazing to live in a world that could help us out with all of that easily and at no extra charge or hassle. All we can do is do the best we can on our own. Sigh...

You wouldn't believe the lengths I'm going through to get to the bottom of my gastric issues BUT... I'm my own worst enemy as I can't give up the coffee, wine I'm doing better at cause I realise just how bad it is, even dairy I'm doing pretty good.
But I don't like popping pills either anymore
Over here access to fresh herbs is near impossible and I mean therapeutic herbs not garden food spice stuff
