Oh nooo, Hannah, that sounds like torture! I can't stand cold! Does it actually work? I'm scared to try it!

Today's intake:
114 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, green smoothie, oatmeal, toast with avocado mixed with feta cheese, olive oil, and pepper, hot green tea
Dinner - Two pieces of oven cheese pizza, salad with avocado and hummus, hot green tea
Dessert - Two pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate

I took two Hair, Skin, and Nails capsules. I didn't have lunch today because the room I usually sneak off to in order to eat at work was occupied. Sigh... I was so hungry.

Sensations in my left breast today. My right one is quiet, as always.

I feel like I can no longer accept my body the way it is. I have to change it. I'm not going to eat after 6, maybe even 5, and I'm really going to try to keep going to sleep earlier. This will help me get a smaller waist. I'm also going to try to eat smaller portions where I can.

Thinner thigh workout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALAMhP2SETE I also read that Callanetics can give you a thigh gap. I'll try massaging my thighs, too. I'll do the thigh workout I posted, followed by massaging my thighs with a cellulite massager on days I don't go to the gym.

Yeah. The weird thing is is they just grew like that, I didn't lift weights or have to work up to it. I just went to the gym a couple of years ago and was doing leg workouts, went to the leg press and it felt really light until 250 then I wanted to see how much I could do and it went to the max weight of 300

Haha yes its a bit tortuing...but beauty doesnt come without suffering or whatever the saying is. I would advise you to take a good hot shower and then end with only your legs in cold water, fore and back side of your legs and your feet. I do think it works..its like the opposite of.promoting blood flow..which can make "bodyparts" grow..i even read a doctor promoting it. Its good for relaesing toxins out off your muscles i read as well.. I think you should try it if you really dont like your legs now..im curious if it works on you....but do incorperate it for at least 2months to see results.
Edit: some other thing came into.my blurry mind: ehm lemon juice and sea salt scrubs for.your legs, (not use them together as that might cause you skin sensitivities)but as they both detox you they could.make you loose weight. Ofcourse rubbed onto a steamy hot skin(dontbecome freddy krueger) otherwise the treatment is very superficial.
Hannah, I'm scared... LOL. My shower has a handheld head, so I could aim the cold water perfectly. Maybe I'll try it! And I don't have sea salt, but I wonder if epsom salt would work as a scrub, or even the sugar scrub that I made.

Meanwhile, concerning breasts, I'm looking up more recipes for whipped shea butter mixtures. My current one has shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil and it smells lovely and works well, but I want a creamier mix and I want to fancy it up a bit. Does anybody know if vanilla oil would have any effect on breasts? I want to add it purely for the smell. And I'm wondering if I should add any sort of vitamins to it, like vitamin E and I saw a lady add vitamin A to hers. And I think I read that lavender extract can be helpful for breasts. Anybody have suggestions for what to add to my next mixture?

VEERING off topic a little... OK A LOT! but just reading this reminded me of a passage in that book of breast enlargement I got....
Some cultures stick their bottoms In a bucket of cold water, its an "ovary dip" if you will... And that's meant to make your boobs grow.....

Okay, been watching homemade shea butter mix videos in order to perfect my Boobie Butter in the future. I love how creamy hers wound up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eBDllXG-Wc (I like her accent, too.) I guess a lot of a carrier oil is the key to a creamier mix.

Breakfast - Vanilla cappuccino, cheesy eggs with ketchup, toast with margarine
Lunch - Avocado smoothie
Dinner - Salmon, brown rice curry, peas
Snack - Piece of sharp cheddar, low-sodium chips with vegetable dip

I took a multivitamin, vitamin C, cod liver oil, and folic acid.

I allowed myself a "treat" for breakfast because I had a depressive episode last night, hence the cappuccino. It worked. I felt better for the rest of the day. But I didn't eat enough today, and I can already tell in my body. I lose weight so easily.

Random thought: I wonder how many British people have read "chips" in my intakes and thought of fries rather than crisps. Tongue I don't know why I thought of that today.

Tomorrow, I'm going to make hummus. I sure hope it works out.

I knew you were talking about crisps because you put low sodium, and i don't think low sodium fries is a thing!
Annnnd now I want fries. I can't remember the last time I had some. That's probably a good thing.
