For some reason, I'm having a super hard time getting my period. It might be stress, as I've been doing some difficult, uncomfortable things recently.

I like the squeezing massage I've been doing well enough, but I've stumbled upon two drawbacks: 1) My hands get tired fast from it, and 2) I have ridiculously sensitive nipples, and, while deer massage avoided them altogether, the squeezes definitely don't. Even just having them pressed tightly to my palms is too much. I've tried to modify it so that my fingers are to either side of them, but that's even more tiring for my hands.

I don't know; I might go back to deer massage.
I have a sinking feeling my period isn't going to come this month. None of my luteal symptoms have happened yet, even though I'm pretty sure I ovulated. Sigh... this is so annoying. I swear I've never had a reliable cycle. I wish I could go to a gynecologist and have them check to see what's wrong, but I'm scared of going to one for a specific reason. When I told two of my doctors about how irregular they are, they immediately wanted to put me on birth control. Uh, no thanks.

Looking back, my cycle last month was abnormally long, too. But it's definitely worse this month. And I'm leaving town this coming weekend, too. Bet you I'll get it while I'm gone. Dodgy

As for my breasts, they're looking and feeling small, even though I've been massaging more, drinking more water, increasing my supplement intake, and eating more regularly. I'm also still a little bit more underweight than normal (even when I have water weight on). I wonder what's going on.
I got my period. Just in time for my trip, like I thought. My body sure does love me.

I'm approaching six months on my program! Wow, why does it feel like so much longer?

I've been drinking water like crazy and eating fatty meals. My breasts seem about the same. I exercised a little less this week so my body wasn't straining so hard to get my period. I've managed to gain about two pounds this week, which I'm happy with. I don't want to gain much more, though.

I should be having a joyful, relatively relaxing next few days. Hopefully I'll be able to get some much-needed sleep and rest.

The best part is, I'm in follicular, when they're usually smaller than normal. I almost wonder if I'm imagining things.

Massage is so important, you guys. Make sure you're massaging. I wish I'd known about it during puberty.

I'm considering taking an oil of some kind again. It seems like my skin was better when I regularly took fish oil. I'm thinking of going back to taking cod liver oil.

I agree with the importance of massage. I also wish I had known about it during puberty, my breasts could be in much better shape (firmness, roundness etc) if I had known

What does fish oil do for skin? I have a lot of skin problems so would love to know if there is anything I could do to improve it.

Fish oil supposedly strengthens collagen in your skin. It also keeps it hydrated. But beware, because it supposedly raises testosterone. At this point, I'm so desperate to have skin that doesn't make me want to kill myself every time I look in the mirror that I don't care, though.

It has been suggested that I may have elevated testosterone as it is for various reasons. I have yet to make a doctors appointment to find out though.

I'm pretty sure I do, too, as I have pretty much every symptom of excess androgens.

Cod liver oil doesn't have the same effect, so you can try that.
I randomly dreamed about the boy last night. Not sure why, as I haven't seen him recently nor have I given him much thought.

I've been trying to really make sure that I take my supplements regularly. I've added cod liver oil back into the mix. I think once I use up my hair, skin, and nails vitamins, I'm going to go back to my Alive! Women's Energy vitamins. Pretty sure they're more helpful to my skin. Also, they have iron in them, and the hair, skin, and nails ones don't.

My blender broke, so I haven't been able to have smoothies. Sad

My breasts look nice. Not much change aside from the fullness that has returned to them, though. Still massaging regularly. I'm toying around with my routine a bit and experimenting with some things.

My life is about to change pretty drastically. I'll share more details soon.
