I feel a little thrown off of my routine because of how busy I've been in the past month, and there are other things I want to accomplish with my figure. So for the next month I'm not going to make any changes. I need to get back to consistency in general. So I just want to keep massaging and trying to eat right. I've simplified my supplements down to just Hair, Skin, & Nails, MSM, and on some days, cod liver oil. I haven't been eating enough, so I need to get back to eating at least three times a day, and relatively complete meals, not just one little thing.

As for the rest of my body, I'm trying to keep my waist and stomach trim and make them even trimmer. All of this is in addition to my regular exercise routine, which I've been doing three times a week. I'm proud to say that through that and the slight changes I've already made in my diet, I've lost half an inch in both of my thighs!

So basically I'm trying to refocus a bit and stay consistent while putting new focus on other parts of my body as well.

Ive actually dropped a kg in a week since starting this new diet.
I know Full cream milk even organic is so bad but im tempted to try it just to regain a little. Youre supps to be fair are probably all you need. Id love to take up msm but id react to it right now. But it will help you.

I made an Amazon order yesterday and was tempted to get MSM powder, but I'm going to stick with the capsules for now. Need to spend my money on other things.
you could be feeling off because of your current eating patterns. The brain needs food to work and function -hugs- other then that this looks like a great plan, i love hair skin and nail vitamins-- b vitamins are great for nbe!

You know what, you are so right! A few days ago, I was looking at a ring on a woman's hand (I look at people's hands a lot because I love to torture myself by pointing out to myself just how many people are married as evidenced by wedding bands yet I still haven't even had a boyfriend yet), and I was trying to figure out which hand it was on. I couldn't figure out if it was her right or her left hand. After a good fifteen seconds, I convinced myself it was her right hand. However, I kept staring for some reason. My mind wouldn't let it go. I finally realized it was her left hand. I'd barely eaten that day and I was in the middle of an intense cardio workout when this was going on (I'd also just come from two sort of mentally draining things, one of which was a therapy session where I cried a lot). So you're absolutely correct. My brain is definitely suffering from how I've been depriving myself.

Family was visiting for the past few days, and my niece and nephew who are attached to me whenever they're around me were here. So I didn't get my regular massages in. Argh! I have luteal swelling right now, and it's pretty pathetic. Not nearly as big as what I've been getting since I restarted NBE.

Need to get back into the swing of my massage routines. I'm really inspired by Noni, who's been massaging for over six years and has gotten lovely results. I love her dedication and consistency. That's what I'm aiming for.

I want bigger breasts. I want to feel happy in my body. I want my body to look feminine. Anything I can do to improve my body in a healthy way, I will do it.

ella ..i watched that video. i don't think i've ever heard that before. ever. it was fascinating ..and, if she's absolutely right then that'll be the most important video i will have seen in my little bitty adult life.

Yes. The more i watch the more i learn. It goes against all we have been ingrained in us. One thing i know for sure know from personal experienced. Its ALL about gut flora and balance. Id be suprised if she isnt bang on with her research!
I've been working my way through that video, sis. Thanks for sharing. Good find. I 100% agree that food is the answer to what ails us. It's both our poison and our remedy. Just a few weeks ago, I was watching a video where a man did a talk on how diet can cure cancer, but no cancer doctor wants anyone to know about it. He was sharing the same principles the woman in the video you shared did. There's definitely something to it!

So of course, it's not so far-fetched to believe that the right diet can help grow breasts as well, right?
Got my period today. I was thinking, 'Wow, that was so fast and abrupt,' but when I looked at my period tracker, it's actually day 36. Nothing fast or abrupt about that. I guess it just seemed that way because I've only had luteal swelling for maybe a week now. I didn't get much of it, either.

I'm trying to be serious about drinking Mint Medley tea. I'm still not doing a very good job of it. I made an iced pitcher of it today since it's so hot. I sweetened it with honey. Really refreshing and tasty. Definitely worth repeating.

Speaking of drinks, I ordered a pitcher that filters water and puts magnesium into it from a dear friend. I can't wait to get it. I've been drinking a bare minimum of water since I think our tap water jacked up my skin. My assumption seems to be right, as my skin has been looking better.

I've been so busy that I haven't been massaging (or eating) as much as usual. I've been able to sneak in short, snippy massages once or twice in a day and then one longer session in the evening or morning, but that's it. I can't believe how busy I've been. It seems like all of a sudden, I have no time.

Someone referred to me as "super skinny" today.

Tomorrow, I'm going to something that the boy I mentioned before might be at. We'll see. If he's there, I'll try to talk to him, but it will be hard. I hope I can just relax and have fun.
Just remember ACT confident even if you don't feel it! And wear a fitted top, show off your lovely lady assets
