Yeh its so weird..some days it makes you grow then other days suddenly something is giving you shrinkage..and you never know what the culprit is..:S its like yaaay gainings..then shit shrinkage...one big rollercoaster...

My breasts are a lot more perk today..dont know what has changed this in one single day. I did ate a lot of cp17 or was it 19- enzyme yesteray a.k.a passion fruit, kiwi's, oranges...I think i ate enough for a whole week. I am trying to go hardcore wih my diet..Im at 54 kgs now..before my period I was at 55 it happens to me every month but luckily Im at a higher weight now. I only need 2 kgs/ 4,5 pounds extra to be officially no longer underweight, according to my BMI. I again need to remind myself to drink more water...though its my first soda..i just drunk like a camel today..only 1 tea 1 coffee and 1 water and now one energy drink.
My avocado's are brown bc idk they suddeny got ripe...im annoyed about it...maybe I can use it for skincare anybody knows? But i think not if it goes rotten..SadDodgy

Just smell and taste a small amount of that avocado, if they pass the test, then, it is good, that's the general rule for any food for me.

& avocados are sometimes still edible if they're brown, smell them, as POM said-- they will smell almost acidic if they're no longer good. (I hate the smell of rotten avacadi!!!)
Okay its time for a big cleanse. I have been having diarrhea(SORRY) for the past 2 weeks on and off, terrible stomach pains and that in combination with another butt-problem..hemorrhoids(which i have since giving birth) I feel terrible..and growse. Especially bc this makes me think of going to the hospital for a hemorhoid-operation.....and im so scared of doctors..anybody have ''calming'' experiences with this for me?Sad

I also want to change my program and make a big investment in every supplement I might need...I was thinking of aguaje but I cant buy it hereAngry
Further I wanted to add seabuckthorn...god knows how this could help me..I read it contains lots of VIT-E and VIT-A...but do I need this when I already eat healthy foods week in week out...Huh

Then I wanted to add ginko biloba bc I had it before(never took it bc my dogs ate it, and ruined my white carpet with fluor yellow pee) It might help my circulation problems, its very cold over here and thats working against me...it slows my growth bc they shrivel from the cold.


I also wanted to make me diet even healthier.. I already included these foods a long time ago...
Fruits+Veggies: oranges,lemons,apples,grapes,passionfruit,kiwi's,banana's,avocado's salads,cucumber, tomatoes and pepper bells,black eyed peas, cauliflower,olives,garlic,red onion and normal onion,potatoes,brussel sprouts.
Seeds:
Cashews and sunflowerseeds in less amount.
Meat/fish:
White fish,salmon,tuna.
Cow meat and chicken.

Im going to add some other foods:
Beets
Carrots
Brocolli
Spinach
Radish
Mais
Kale
Prunes
Watermelon
Sesameseeds if I can get them
Pistache nuts
goji berries
thyme&oregano
black tea just as replacement for again soda..
Radish
and i knew a nice salad recipe which includes raisins and leek,
And I should add krill oil. that was itSmile
Hannah, take cayenne pepper. Someone told me about it that has hemorrhoid, so it works for him. I do not know personally, since I do not have the problem.
