Oh, maybe its temp was too cold for your skin?
hmm yeh it didnt came out off the fridge though... I was thinking maybe the starch in it is drying my skin out...seeing they advice potatoes to dry out acne...
Maybe I should just make oil from the avocado's..
------------------------------------
I have bought a bottle of Avocado oil and I add it to my daily dinner.
I eat them fresh, they really fill you up and good for vit E. I havent bought an oil yet because I didnt found a reputable brand..you never know how much avocados are really in it...
Im going to look into making it myself...might post a recipe later today.
---------------------------------
I eat them fresh too. The oil is 100% Avocado. You might like this link:

Thanks Pomss..here some key information from the article:
Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA.
Folate: 20% of the RDA.
Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA.
Potassium: 14% of the RDA.
Vitamin B5: 14% of the RDA.
Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA.
Vitamin E: 10% of the RDA.
Then it contains small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin).
This is coming with 160 calories, 2 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. Although it contains 9 grams of carbs, 7 of those are fiber so there are only 2 “net” carbs, making this a low-carb friendly plant food.
good stuff only discovered them recently..when i ate them 2 years ago for the first time I found them growse..now I really like it! Wouldtn want to overeat them with the vitamin K in it though....thats a real high dose actually...
