Re epo "just my opinion" having done a tonne of research there were some women who ended up with too much estrogens after taking it and when they stopped they came right, this was tested by their health professionals , soon as they put them back on it their e symptons came right back. With that said though... They may have been taking too high a dose and may not have been supplementing with omega 3. I had heard conflicting info on whether epo is pro inflammatory on its own without offsetting with omega three, I have also heard the ratio of omega 6:3 should be higher... i know the moral of the story is though if your gonna take epo I'd at the very least keep up with fish oil sups etc but I know you know all this Hannah
One thing though, you realise epo stops breast swelling and pain right.. Aka no more luteal swelling
I know there was a tonne of girls who took like 5-6000 mg doses and got a lot of growth but bugger me if I'd try taking that high a dose

Hi ella,
After reading this, now i think that might be true. When i was taking EPO, i dont see any growth at all despite pumping everyday. Now that im take it off, i definitely feel fuller and i see some growth signs.
