Another option is to get some kind of a bag with about half a cup of rice in it and heat that up and put the bag into the cup of your bra. Smoosh it around a bit in your bra to try to keep it from looking lumpy or put something between the bag and the bra to help get rid of the lumpiness.

I brought one of those~! The clicky thing is amazing and yes you get heat, buggered if I know how they do it. Its very mild heat, but I found after using it once then it hardened up again the clicker stopped working! Ps you gotta be careful with any heat thing you put on your body, ive been using a hot water bottle and heat packs on my back and it gave me permanent circulation burns..i can put up a pick, If you have impaired circulation anyway, which you may do Hannah cause your slim like me then it doesn't take much to burn us

Clicky thing? Can you put it on and off? You are talking about the link from WAP right? Ai be careful Ella, they told me at the drugstore when I bought these warmth plasters with some kind off iron in it that you cant put cream under it because you'll burn..People came with burns back.
But when I used it I had the idea that I could tolerate even more heat then it gave me, it was nice warm though until even 12 hours after.

Oh yeh I stuffed up big time by using it too hot, butttt with that said I can put the hot water bottle on my tummy or back even at a low temp and I will get circulation marks straight away. il show you a bit later.
That's an interesting study noodles put up re the brava study but whats more relevant I think is the longer term effects of tissue expansion don't you think? I mean most of us here using these pumps for months at a time if not years. Sadly I don't think there will EVER be a trial done on the use of these pumps over a longer period than a few weeks.

Can you get some in the states to buy it and then ship it to you? My friend, Reg, needs stuff sometimes for his Mercedes Benz that can't be shipped to Canada, so he buys the stuff and has them ship it here, then I just change the address's and ship it out to him.

Well I dont know anybody to ship it to in the States so thats no option for me. Also sometimes things get picked up by the border and then they just add the tax to it so its still the same price as over here..
