Absolutely,

Do not let anybody try to minimize the risks, or sluff off theses episodes as a "no big deal" thing. A diabetic person (wait, scratch that), a pre-diabetic person should seriously reconsider NBE......better yet talk with they're health care professionals, and get your blood sugars tested. Hypoglycemia in diabetics is very very dangerous, (fatal).

One other thing about PM, it increases blood flow by way of NO-2 (nitric oxide), so in other words if you are experiencing heavy flow, PM combined w/other meds (e.g. anti-coagulants) will increase the symptoms.

Oh yes I know about increasing flow when you take blood thinners(very logical).. After giving birth you ofcourse continue losing blood for about a month.. I had some other pains(dont remember) and I asked the ..-nurse if I could take aspirine and explained my concerns seeing its a blood thinner possibly making me bleed more.. She just said yes you can take it.. oh that effect will be minimal..you know that easy talk of medic people. But I didnt took the aspirin ofcourse. I'm sure thats dangerous.

A while ago I lost very thin blood during menses making it feel/look as if I lost liters of blood. Now things established and I experience a normal flow BUT now I experience irregular cycles.(sorry for beeing offtopic)

But the herbs are just dangerous..I only wish there was a way to take them just like you take BCP and still feel balanced(also many hormones, but doesnt feels as if it messes with your hormones,it freaking does)

But dont think anyone knows here how to do that..:p

ps. A while ago they had to test my coagulation factor to decide which BCP for me.. and my finger kept bleeding and really hurted.. the women said oh you are still bleeding...gave me a plaster then went to another room where another women went discussing pills with me.. then the other one came back in talking to her.. and they said I needed to take the Diana pill(which is a dangerous one with lots of estrogens, estradiols) They said I could use it because my blood was so thin and it could help me with gaining. So I took it home and never started because I fear blood clogs and girls worldwide have died from the pill and insurance doesnt cover the pill.. Still they gave me that one..
But I swore bcp off..

Anybody has a comforting message for me about prolongued cycles due to taking PM(only 5days) and PC cream(9 days). I think I'm screwing up here.

Not a researched one Huh a guesstimate would be that how many females on here start PM only to come back and say its caused cycle issues, too long or too short, spotting inbetween etc. That's not even taking into play PC. Id blame PM personally.

Hi Hannah,
Speaking of my personal experience for taking PM . I took 1-2 drops of extract. It did not messed up my cycle at all. But i got all others side effects like pimples, belly fat, mood swing, weight gain. So i stopped taking it and all the side effects are gone now. Right now im looking for other estrogen herbs that has mild side effects.

So when u take PM together with PC, it didnt bring ur cycle back to normal? I thought PC supposed to balance out the cycle if taken with PM? Or maybe i got the wrong understanding.

Hi Dfleurs,

Well far before ever starting NBE my cycle was usually 28 days every month the same very regular. But since starting NBE its a total irregular mess I go from 22 days to 24 days and my last cycle lasted 26 days. I'm now on day 28 and I dont know if its a possibility that my cycle will last longer. I myself am very unknown with cycles that last longer then 28 days..
But I started PC this month on day 14 and maybe thats the cause..Maybe I've been lengthening my cycle with it..Huh

So you've read PM could cause prolongued cycles? I only read about spotting and shortened cycles.. It was kind off what I was prepared for but now the opposite is happening.Sad

Unfortunatly I dont see her anymore. But I know.. she eats lots of cooked potatoes, vegetables cooked and dark green vegggies, Lot of fruits like orange juice apples. Lots of dried foods especially apricots. Every morning she eats an egg with bread. She's not consuming much milk but does consume LOTS of icecream and other milky desserts. And many nuts and she likes booze as well.(quite strong booze, you know the shots) Oh and very important, she is stuffing everything she;s preparing with dairy butter..(bread, she bakes her meat in it she is pouring it over the potatoes in a ''dish gravy''.)
And another pro aromatse/ estrogenic candy she is enjoying A LOT as well is liqourice. And mints which might be her anti androgen. But she also has ZERO body hair..:S
Further she's a happy and bright personality often enjoying the sun(+vitd?) And I cant imagine her ever beeing depressed or even slightly depressed, I think the woman is born to be happy and wonder if she ever in her live experienced stress like we do daily.

Well she's got good genes if she eats like that. Mind you olden days dairy wasn't toxic as it is today. Wonder if it's the licorice too..
