It does provide me with some extra fullness..but in my case I need both pm and pc and an anti-androgen..loose herbs is not for me..

ya I guess what you are saying is true. May I ask where do u apply the PC? I read that it should be applied to thin areas of body
Its just my conclusion after reading those 2 articles and some other..I would especially pronounce the part where they talk about quantities and prolongued use which in turn causes enough storage of progesteron.
I apply it to my breasts or my neck..but you can put nearly anywhere..wrists cheeks footsoles handpalms..

Wow that was an interesting read Hannah.... I wonder who that poster is ie what's their profession? They sound very clued up though. According to them it's adrenals that promote balance .. Funnily enough when I was at that clinic naturopathic their whole initial treatment regime for me was trying to correct adrenal balAnce..
Tell you what it's reinforced my thoughts vitex over pc cream. But also the bitters for liver function
so does that mean you're switching to vitex over PC? I've always heard PC is more potent than vitex and works better in raising P. I was thinking about trying Vitex myself, but I really dunno anymore!

Dunno what Hannah's doing but my thoughts now are Pc is a source OF progesterone where as vitex helps your body produce its own, feels more natural to me.. Especially since the pc cream will stY in your system and build up. Bugger that
I agree with Ella. Vitex is more natural it raises P by ''stimulating your adrenals''(read article for better explanation). And pc is just an immediate available source. So long term I think vitx is better and short term to boost your P quickly I prefer pc. But after 3 months of usage I think I have enough buildup/supply so ill replace it asap with vitex and I think for an occasional AND local boost Ill keep using pc cause thats a big advantage of pc I think(that you can put it locally straight on your breasts)
