its been a while since Ive popped over to ur page and I wanted to see how things are going for you.
I saw you mentioned doing a master cleanse. I did that once. It was indeed very cleansing and I lost a lb a day but I wasn't smart coming off of it and gained all the weight back! lol. Oh well. Honestly I don't mind being a little bigger than I used to be as long as it means I have boobies!
BUT I would like to lose at least a little weight. Not only for vanity's sake but also to see if my boob growth is indeed from all my hard work or if a lot of it is just from over eating and being a couch potato lol!

So I am 3 days late int o starting my menses. All I did was SP and PC. I dont know why Im always late but oh well. I was spotting two days and then bam, achey period today...
This was all around the full moon too. Really want to continue maintanence without BO. So this is the 3rd completed cycle of of BO and entering the 4th. SO far so good. My breasts are the nice full C or small D now. They arent water boobs or firm. Somewhere in between.
I am think of trying PM now, not sure when Ill be able to officially start. Id really like to start now.
So far, my menses have been heavier than previous cycles. Being off of BO is interesting. Its day 3 and still flowing when it usually lightens up to almost spotting.
I still wonder if its because of the full moon it started around. Maybe I became affected by the gravitational pull, lol!

When I stopped all herbs my period got much heavier too. When I was on them I would lighten extremely by day 3 to it being almost non-existent. I've brought PM back into my routine hoping to soften my period also.

I stopped for a while my program and I finally took my hormonal test!!!
May you help me? I think my case is similar to yours. I noticed a low progesterone level!
Estrogen level is normal/low, but I may increase it.
And Im testosterone-dominance!
First, Im planning on higher my progesterone.
At the same time, I'll take care of my testosterone with SP.
After some time, I'll add PM at the firs phase to give a boost. Maybe this works.
Hope you can give me some advice!

Hey! Yes do that, its what I did. You can use any PC. I used kokoro in the beginning of my thread. Emerita is cheaper and good I hear. Source naturals is also a brand to look into.
I use a synthetic PC, couldn't find a natural one. Funny thing, here they give it without a prescription... Really hope it's not harmful but I plan on using it only for 2 luteal cycles.
Keep us updated with what happens when you start taking PM. I'm waiting on mine and will probably start it after 2 more menses. Will definitely be looking forward to reading your updates

I just got mine shipped out to me today! I cant wait to get it this week. I guess Ill have to start it this new cycle. I think it will be right on time!
