(24-12-2013, 04:46 AM)tibetan113 Wrote: [ -> ]Time for an update: I have been with light menses lasting five days. I have a medium C cup. I'm 99lbs so I was at 102 when I had a small D cup. I have been running every other day. I'm trying to slim down my whole body still. I'm a lil more than half way there. I want to keep going till I'm about 94 lbs. I will prob be a small c/large b but hopefully, it will be temporary.

I love how slim my arms are and my face n under chin is half way there. My belly isnt budging and thats pissing me off. I think I'll stop this wasting away when I have zero fat underneath my chin and my waist is a 22" like it was before.

I know this is ass backwards with all my hard work on my breasts but I can't help but wish to go back to being slim in the face and waist. I think its because I just needed to find out if it was even possible (nbe) for someone like myself. Now that I know it is, I'm fine leaving it and coming back to it.

I'll work on the boobs later. My ass is shrinking but, I always get my butt back when I gain my normal bmi, so that, I'm not even concerned with.

My maintenance program for now:

500mg - 1gm of SP
PC only when I need it.
6gms of collagen

That's it until I can get slim enough to rebuild my body back but healthy n proportionate this time.

My dream goal end measurements are 36 -22-36.

I'm petite and know this is at least my natural measurements if my ass gave just a little to my chest for equal balance.

Hey there, just wondered if you'd tried strength training instead of cardio? extended cardio puts your body under stress and releases cortisol, meaning that belly fat will be very unlikely to budge and muscle is as likely to burn as fat. If you eat a diet high in good fats and protein and ease off on the carbs, while eating 500 calories below what you should be eating for your weight and incorporating strength training, you're much more likely to lose weight in the right places and develop a healthy body composition and metabolism that will encourage a lower waist-hip-ratio. I also found ballet very good for pulling in the waist as it trains the transverse abdominals ('the body's natural corset') and helps develop muscle in the right places - and having more muscle obviously means you'll burn fat more easily without having to do extended cardio.
Boobs were looking amazing in the last pic btw - be nice to them, I'm jealous! xx

Thanks@ isobasic! I miss them. I seem to be lacking half a cup to 1.
Hopefully they'll return!

I agree with you on excess cardio. I only do ten min. Of walk/run combo every other day now. I can't tolerate high cardio because of my cortisol issues. Thanks for that though because it can't be stressed enough. I have been doing tummy exercises and I just don't know if I should do this daily or every other day.

I don't eat a whole lot as I replace meals with 2 Qts. Of whole juices daily so that's def low cal. I am thinking of trying HCG again but not sure.

Make sure you eat regularly and drop calories slowly to keep your metabolism from freezing and your body from stressing out. How many meals do you have a day? x

this may be a good guide: http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html
About 2-3 actual meals. 1 is a snack. I'll have bread vegan cheese n tomato, than I'll eat a real meal like chicken n rice and my snacks are crackers coco yogurt.

I have a quart of juice here and there before 7pm.

Thanks for the calculatorSmile I really need to keep track.

np Smile My boyfriend goes on about needing 6 small meals a day but I understand that can be time-consuming. Just make sure you eat something every couple of hours, fats & protein being better than carbs (so avacado, dairy products, oily fish, olives etc), you need to get some obviously but most people have way too high a percentage of their diet in carbs.
Its kinda annoying, having to eat do often! @ Wizz

As for a tad update, I have been feeling a little more fertile and getting some good lil aches on SP n PC
With daily pumping, though I missed yesterday. I think I got a half cup to go to get back to where I was last cycle.

Its hard to tell with pumping, what's my actual size.
Wow. I have been only running/walking for ten min every other day with some lower body exercises and I'm shrinking on my breasts! I have also been not eating as much protein. Today is my 7th flush. I only had crackers juice n some gf granola.

I'm gonna have to go all the way to lose that belly fat. I read on other forums its "filo"

Which is what you pack on first, is last out to go out Sad

I never had much boobs but loads of ass then the stomach then the chin n arms and the the boobs. I'm losing all this in the order of "filo" so I think there's some validity here.

I think its going to be worth it in the end. Its scary to see them shrinking. I think I'm a smaller c now.

Since this is case, I think I'm going to only take 500mg daily of saw palmetto for androgen control. That is it.

I'll keep updating.
The boobs are coming back from my ten day fast and cardio episodes that I have been doing. My arms are still slimmer but my belly is still there!

Under bust 25.75"
Bust 35.5 mid cycle
Waist 24"
Hips 35.5"

I can't believe it! Im actually even from top to bottom for once! But I have a feeling I will be 36-36.5 on the bottom for my natural measurent. I will work on my gut and boobs then add back to my ass my original 36" 36.5 measurement. Or who knows maybe it will come back on its own. I just dropped running and fasting for my last liver flush.

Can't run since my adrenals are weak. Just doing belly exercises for now. I'm going to continue being off of bo for maybe 6 months and then go back on it.

Holy Wow, gurl.

35.5-24-35.5?? Daaayum!

Hey, I read about your sandwich with vegan cheese. I personally don't like the vegan cheeses in stores. Daiya was ooook, but still - what kind do you use? I try to stay away from dairy myself.

The reason I ask is because homemade cultured nut cheeses are the BOMB and Idk why they aren't more popular. They're pretty easy to make with some patience. Macadamia nut cheese is sooooo good. And you make them with probiotics, so there is that extra added culture which is so good for us.

Anyways, thought I'd share just in case you didn't already know.

Hey HoneySmile
Yes! I actually love daiya's white block and strangely their swiss block only when I don't make my own. I use it only when its melted.

I love culturing coconut into my nut cheeses. I favor almond/macadamia and cashew for cheese making. I love sunflower and flax in my "chedder" and pecans on my more lightly sweet cheeses with cranberries and cherries! Yum. I incubate the cultures in my dehydrator since I don't have an oven (pilot needs to be fixed).

I'm with you on making homade, super easy once you make your first batch successfully.

My family loved my cheese when I gave it as a gift for CHRISTMAS. They couldn't believe it was vegan.

I want to experiment with more flavors. If I'm not sprouting, I'm culturing something, lol. It can be time consuming so sometimes I do store bought. I'd like to try other brands of vegan products but nothing is out here where I live andy only other option is nut/seed cheeses which I can just make. Soy is out of the question for me n its too bad cause I love follow your heart brand n I heard they make good "dairy."
