LOL. I think I was a little misleading. I really did mean "some" of it. I pumped to a C, went down to a B by the time I got up in the morning the next day, and by this morning I only kept about a half inch. It's that half inch that I think is permanent. Cuz I still have it even now.

It's actually the first time I've kept ANYTHING from a pumping session. So yeah. I'm gunna try pumping early next cycle as well and see if this does the trick.

I get it. I know what you mean by keeping some of it. That's what just happened to me. I am right about 35" just a hair under.


Its day 3 of cycle*10 and the menses are light. I am happy to be holding the current boobage. I am so close to a small D and hope to be posting pics soon. I am currently massaging with sea buckthorn and vit E oil while pumping. I currently weigh 105 lbs!
Day 6 of cyclec10 and I been having some needling prick sensations. I am think room temp raw foodism is helping a lot. I think this is the only way one can get away with high dose phytos. I have consumed a great deal of flax meal, phyto herbs like basil, dill, mint, and sage! Gms worth but I ate them with whole foods. Now i did have a delay of menses. I am plumper this time around though pretty much measure the same. The neat thing is, I believe I maybe outgrowing my bra. They are soft and mallowy and not at all bloated.

I am taking UB with wild yam ( for spleen yang deficiency). I up'd my dose at 20 drops of UB 3x daily, sometimes 2 doses if my ovaries ache or
Lymph nodes ache.


I am now committed to pumping every other day. I really want to improve my shape as I have low polar set areolas. Still pointed but they are filling little by little...
Day 8 of cycle 10*

I am measuring more consistent 35" at the very least! I weigh 106! I'm gaining with the higher dose of UB and perhaps wy combo. I am dropping dose of wy to 1gm daily.
Maybe this will help. I am heavier in breasts, stomach and hips. I am still 26.5 under bust! So this is strange! I guess its a fat storage increase caused by estrogen?


I am not fatter in the face thank goodness.

I believe I a full C now. Anything over 35" and I'm in the D WorldBig Grin
And have to get a new bra. Which I ordered BTW. That olive bra in the thread pages back is tight fitting and showing more areola. I am starting to look my size.


So to recap, I've gained Roughly 11lbs within 9 months of being on UB. Within the past 3.5 months, I have gained 1 inch more on the bust. I I believe somewhere around 2 inches (about 2 cup sizes) in 9 months of doing UB! Kind of sloe but damn, not bad for a sick gal!
Congrat to you. I am soo zealous of your growing boobies success, your well determination. I really admire you guys. I just wish I can speed up my routine Smile

You"ll get there and prob faster if you are younger and have no thyroid or adrenal problems. Ive said this a gazillion times. If I can do it, ANYONE CAN!

On a side note. I weighed myself again on empty and I weigh 104. I usually do it this way but I believe my 106lb update was inaccurate and probably why my under bust has not changed.


More consistent stats:
35 bust
24.5 waist
36.5 hips

Breasts are sore and i think Im on day ten. I hope luteal gives me some growth!

Yeah. I generally ignore fluctuations of 5 pounds or less. That is easily accounted for by water or food weight.

That said I don't usually see any fluctuation at all if I just always weigh myself as soon as I wake up but after I pee. That way I am truly literally weighing myself on empty every time.

One of these days I need to get a chance to weigh myself again... What I REALLY need is to get my own blasted scale for up in the upstairs bathroom. We only have one scale in this house and it's in the basement with my mom. Makes it very inconvenient to weigh myself properly without disturbing her because of when I get up.

Lol! Some sort of privacy w nbe is a must! I'm a bit sloppy when it comes to weighing myself but I know to do it e very morning and empty. I just don't account for clothing all the time.


On a note: as mentioned before. I grow on my tops of my chest more than the bottoms. The top is also the broadest part of me. So lots of filling out to do. I am going to end up with a lot of cleavage by the time I finish. What ever size that is is beyond me.
I a fuller c cup and I am still not fully developed. Isn't that strange? I thought by this time, I'd be more fully developed by tanner perspective. Not at all though. I have so much to achieve genetically but I'm not sure if I will reach that. It may take years. I'm OK with it.

I wish there was a way to know our predisposed genetic size. Like how many lobes we have in each breast. I hear it can range from 15-20 each breast. It makes me wonder about women like Cheryl. She must have more lobes than the average hence her abundant growth she achieved.

I feel like all women are predisposed to at least be a C cup no matter how skinny or petite. I however feel like I'm in between or on the larger because a full c cup has not put me through all stages of tanner.

So I'm guessing my size is between full D to G size. Just a guess based off of the women in my family and broad shoulders with a long length from nipple to collar bone. There's so much space there.

I have learned those that grow or accumulate fatty tissue from there collar bone beyond toward the nipple, will have loads of top cleavage.

There is also a breast type called shallow. Those women accumulate all around the chest includind the sides underneath the armpit. Wide root base is what they call it. They fill volume but not with the narrow cups. They need broader cups or far spread wires. They are and measure much larger than they look as opposed to the narrow root based chests that protrude (tuberous as well).

Even though I'm slightly tuberous on my left breast which is the smaller, I have a broader base. I think I am in between. I have close cleavage gapping with slight protrusion.

I'm on day 12 of cycle *10. I pump every other day but did a little on my off day today. I am getting some good D size swelling still. Im measuring between 35-35.25"

I'm actually looking forward to luteal phase! I think size D is where they will start to really collide and look less conical. Im so tempted to try bust tea at night before bed.

I think sipping protein n pumpin really works. Thinking of getting large contoured domes as my large are not covering to my collar bone. I think this will make a difference.

Now. I am still having these aches in the groin's lymph nodes. On both! I think its UB doing it. I simply just massage them. I wonder what is doing to the lower half of the region? Do the ovaries enlarge? Does the vagi change? I just noticed the slight expanding of hips is all. So far anyway.

I just think growing on the top of the chest would keep your breast more in a perky state when gravity takes place at late age?

I second to your protein & pumping theory. Look at the guys, when they work out, building up their amper chests & biceps, they consume a lot of proteins afterward. Many of my guy friends either take protein shakes or tuna cans b4 or after the work out sessions.

I do think its advantageous just as its a disadvantage! I have great cleavage but the low poles are that of a full A cup (the under meat).
Its almost hideous! O
I just want evenness all around!


Anyway. I'm losing gains! Its not much but its odd at this time of the month when they would normally be firming up. I haven't been sleeping too well. So I I think my glands are kuputzing on me. I really want to lose weight in my mid section. My arms and thighs are getting beefy. I hate it. I know its a fat distro thing gone wrong ie. My glands are tired.


So I'm just doing maintannce dosing of 30 drops a day of UB. Done away with wy . I want to do a whole food fast while keeping what I have. I Pray to God this is possible for me.



I will continue on supplemental progesterone to keep my thyroid and adrenals from getting worse.


I'm measuring back to 34.8 to 35".


Hope to straighten this sleep thing out so that I can fully fucking recover! I'm so sick of this. Im just happy to have what I have at least. But it be nice to really sleep and wake up refreshed! Its been a long time...
