When you got awesome growth from PC, when were you using it? Luteal phase? If so, how many days after your period and for how long?

I used PC and found it most effective the 2nd week of follicular phase to a couple days before menses.
Others have always said it would not be effective( note: theory as they have never tried it) to use it that soon in the cycle but Ive tried it and that was when I noticed my growth spurt


Sometimes you just have to try things yourself to find out and not rely on the hearsay theories.

I am spotting barely,entering cycle 12 as of yesterday. Last month was the same but two days later. I should have started a full on cycle by now.

I am not taking any supps. Don't know whats causing this. I am cramping and my breasts hurt. Maybe I need progesterone cream again.

off to collect some tests.

I have decided to pump as of last nite. I am still having evening out issues. So I am praying this pump will make them even. It is my slightly tuberose Lefty

update for yesterday. Lefty is slightly tuber and nipple points downward. Less fat on underboob. Solid B cup

Okay, I've finally finished reading your entire thread and I want to start by saying that it is awesome!! I have a few questions, how many times did you have your hormones tested and at which points in your cycle - I ask because those test appear to have gave you a lot of direction in your program.

Also, what brand progesterone cream did you buy? Sorry if you've already answered this question before I could've missed your response.


I am also interested in knowing whether you're still interested in trying a program that would cycle PM and BO.
