I forgot to add, I am waiting on the adrenal glandulars,grapefruit essential oil for cellulite massage, colostrum tablets, Vit D, and papaya.

I think I will mix the papaya powder in my protein. I did the Japanese massage last night and this morning and I can already feel a difference.

I added another placenta cap in the morning. So two a day only in follicular phase and I massaged with my old, blk nigella sativa/nutmeg essential oil blend last night and this AM. I love the minty-ness off it.

the breasts are feeling denser, heavier and still very squishy.

So I honestly think this is what everyone should look for: periods of squishy, jelly-like boobs as if water is in them (no pains, sensations, or bloating) and then times where they itch, swell, have dagger-like pains, soreness and areola color changes.

This is so normal to go from here to there. These squish water boobs mean little fat cells accumulating and the development of milk ducts doing their thang. (You are growing, believe it or not)

If you have just started feeling this squishy-ness, this is a great sign!
You are now responding to NBE no matter how small they look.

The bloat, pains, I think may be signs of receptor sensitivity to either estrogen or progesterone hikes and soreness, itching maybe lobules expanding and aveoli development,hoarding happening, typically in luteal phase.

So I am happy to feel more squishy-ness, hopefully over time, they will be heavier and heavier. Of course, this is all a guess but I think E and P can work together as well as taking like substances internally, cyclically.

I read that uterine glandulars can slow down androgenic facial hair! I wonder how true this is. Once all this growth is done(crossing fingers), I will look forward to taking this along with my maintence dose of BO.

I think the PM cream is great but I feel like it is deterring the minor swelling in the breasts that normally happen right about now for me. But they feel like marshmallows so that's good!


So, I will experiment in stopping the PM right before luteal phase to see if I can create some sensitivity.

I took a look at your latest pictures and update, and I can't believe you wear a B cup! They look huge! They don't look too far apart to me, they look perfect!

I took a look at your latest pictures and update, and I can't believe you wear a B cup! They look huge! They don't look too far apart to me, they look perfect!

I am wearing a 32B but my actual size I learned is a 30C.
Believe me, it looks small on my frame. though I am petite, I have wicked broad shoulders and a bigger behind.

I know what you mean... Do you also wear a size smaller in tanks and other shoulderless numbers than in tees and blouses and other such full shoulder articles?

And the tops you have to wear if wearing full shoulders look baggy everywhere else but your shoulders...

It makes me feel so ugly Dodgy

You know, I never thought about it. But I can recall a couple of times when jackets and certain button ups didn't quite fit right or they were tight at the shoulders, upper back.

But lucky for me, if I can get my waist thin again, I can look hourglass only if my breasts measure a little over or match my bottom.

It sucks because I would literally have to be a D or DD/E to actually be proportionate.

Women with smaller shoulders actually can get away with a decent size, like a full B or small C and look top heavy, or big breasted.
Its so not fair because there is so much pressure to get that measurement just to be evenly proportionate. I said I would be happy with a full C but sadly, it will not work as I will still look bottom heavy or pear shaped.

This is the 12th day of cycle 3 (on the 13th, I will have been on BO for exactly 4 months!)

I did a PM topical this am but will now do oil massage and resume PM topical on the first of the next cycle. Dropping to one placenta capsule for luteal.

Missed my mid day dose as I have a bit of mid cycle cramping.
I think I will start vitex complex in the am and do vitex drops in the pm.

anxious to get a growth spurt this month. SO hoping.
So I most def had a reality check with myself the other day. I am no longer going to have expectations of when I should grow and how much.

The over obsessiveness is getting ridiculous. I felt good after realizing how far I have come with all of my health issues being a potential road block for growth.

I think I am going to stop the PM cream till I hit my goal size which is a 30D . I was told I would have to take maintenance dose of PM to keep my size and I would rather experiment with that after giving BO its trial and my full attention since its the only thing that gives real end sustainable growth without maintenance.

Sucks so bad that PM is so powerful, you may have to take maintenance in order to not lose growth you have attained with it. It makes sense because its in your diet for so long then when you take it away, things change and I guess it applies with topical use.


I have been taking vitex and very little BO for luteal. I think its good for me and I did massage with PM again for two times and will probably not do it again as I mentioned. So my PM cream is in the fridge and i have about 3 months worth. I will probably do another 3 months worth and store it in the fridge so that when I experiment with it, I can give it six months. Should be fun!


Also, I found my blasted pump! I did a 20 min session today. I felt them get fuller as the itching came in. This is always a great sign when pumping. I think I will pump only 2/3 times a week.

I did get red marks fairly easily on my right. So I need to lay off. I think the bigger they get, the easier it is to over pump.
I think my progesterone levels are rising. Still breaking from BO for the most part but I did take 5-10 drops the other day. The girls for the first time have no puffiness in the areola. Finally, I am at the next step of developement.
