On a side note, I have been slightly better these days, just thirsty!

I have been taking 4 thytrophin pills and using apple cider vinegar and I think I am less stuffy but still stuffy unfortunately. Though, I have not been sneezing daily lately. I am running/walking in the mornings and I am slightly losing in the underbust and belly. I hope to get mucin swelling in the face completely down, but I know it will take time. I have puffy areolas still. I want to change my nipples to be both even with eachother, so I bought supple nips. Damn, I bought the wrong size, size 4 but maybe I'll try em. I would imagine they would make too large a nipple. Is there such thing?

Its about under and inch in diameter! And mine are about half that size!

My breasts are ultra squishy. I think its due to prolactin. I have never felt them so squishy. I am happy to report they are at 35.5! I dropped two pounds and hopefully, Ill drop another 4. I am hoping to get fullness. So far, I have kept the fullness.

hip/butt 36.7/8

They are on the verge of looking their size. They look like a very large C cup still, though I have to wear a D (underbust).
I noticed the ehemm, the lower lady region has changed a bit. Its more filled out. It has a nice fat padding over this area. Maybe that was what those aches in the lymph where doing.

Its actually a good change that I noticed.

So I lost a couple of pounds. I am running almost a week late!! I am dreading. I feel like my hormones are out of whack from lack of real sleep. So I am going to keep taking parsley (I ran out about 3 weeks ago). I am late every time this happens it seems.


Still a nice full C cup. I made it last cycle as a D cup from swelling! I then did a liver flush and ran 2wice a week so I know I lost some boobage but it slowly started coming back. I am full again but not as much. I am looking to trim my waist 3 and a half inches more and keep what I have at the same time. I just know my adrenals are shot!

Finally! I started AF today! Exactly a week late!

I have been using a newly brewed tonic of BB still with minor amounts of PC and GR. I have noticed the areolas have lightened significantly. I am not as full as last cycle with the veins, but I had to sell my other formula that was working perfectly for me because of possible gluten interaction. I think its because it had been brewed for 6 months. SO it was potent. This new batch is a different lot number that was different in color and smell! So, I will give it time and see as its only been brewing for 3 wks. I guess BO lots really vary!


But none the less, they are full. I have just ordered PM drops from ainterol and I want to use it in cream sparingly in follicular every other month. I believe I am estrogen low. I had been doing another PM cream for massage every other month for these last few months on BB, though I cant tell if its helping or stalling me, I feel it had helped the cycle before. This last cycle though I did the cream, I had noticed no loss or gain. So who knows!!

I grew perfectly without PM when I took UB tonic for 6 months. I know I don't need PM, but the risk taker in me wishes to experiment!

Breasts are plump though! Firmer. Strange they became firmer four days ago. I guess my surges are later than average. I am normally deflated on the last day of luteal.

I weighed myself this am! I cant believe I am at 105 again???? My face is puffing up again! arggh! body wise, I don't know if its BB or muscle gain. I haven't ran this week since my niece and nephew were here for a week. I'm not taking extra protein or anything.

That's it, no more cheating! I ate potato salad, white rice, raw tomatos (nightshade), canola/grapeseed mayo (inflammatory and gut enemy), eggs, gluten free bread (I can't even have this!!), cheese, fries.

My face was getting nice and slim until I ate these things.

Still taking:

Thytrophin 4 tabs daily
alfalfa off and on about 4gms
fish oil 2gms
aminos 4-10gms
BB 10-20drops daily
PC sparingly only when needed
GR 30 drops daily
PM cream here n there
B vit when I need it

What I need to get:
Parsley

what I am no longer taking:
Pig placenta

Considering: Possibly low dose PM internally?
