I love milk but i try to cut down on it because it makes me break out in a huge chin pimple when i have too much. i tried soymilk but everytime i drink soymilk i get a headache. it's annoying because i know it would help with nbe. has anyone else had this problem? do you think other soy products would be better for me and if so what?

What body changes have you experienced while doing nbe? I just started and would like to know what to look out for.
I'm talkin about things like nails, hair, bloated, etc etc...

I am new to this site.Even after I gave birth to my 2 kids,I didn't grow big breasts.The worst thing is when I tried to loose weight in my butt and thigh,I couldn't. But I lost in my upper body(flat and bony).
Every time I try to gain weight,i gain only on my lower body.I am ready to take herbal supplement if it really works.I need big advice to grow my breasts bigger.My size is34A.I barely fill 'A'.

I have some of the symptoms of too much testosterone so I am using a blend of saw palmetto, nettle, pumpkin seed, pygeum (spell?) and EPO since my area doesn't sell anything else. I weight train and lately I have noticed that I am noticeably more muscular than I was and I am starting to be able to do things I have never been able to do before in a very short time; that is lift much heavier weights and do more reps in pushups and dips f.ex. I was just wondering if there could be a connection between using this supplement and gaining muscles (strenght). Has anyone else noticed this happening?

I have gained 2 kg (appr. 4 pounds) since I started using this and 1,5 cm on my bust but I don't see noticeable fat gain anywhere else. I can't be sure if the 2 kg are pure muscles or some fat gain as well that has spread evenly on my body but I feel like Superwoman

Do we know if the growth with MSM is permanent? I did a forum search on MSM, and also read that link to the hair-growing forum, and as far as I could tell, some kept their growth with MSM, some didn't, and some hadn't gone off of it long enough to know for sure.

From what I understand, it supports the growth of collagen, which would seem to imply that it would encourage new tissue, which would be permanent.

I'm thinking of switching to MSM instead of gelatin, but I would hate to get excited seeing growth that would just leave later. I get bummed out enough over the luteal swelling leaving!

Are there any ladies on the board that can attest to the permanence of MSM growth?

Okay, my situation is that I have ALWAYS had nice breasts. Not huge, but very full...I'm slim and I've always been a 34/36C naturally. The problem is that I made a mistake and switched back n forth between 4 different birth control pills over about a 9month span several years ago. I was having side effects, so kept switching. BIG MISTAKE! Some of the pills caused my breasts to swell considerably (I was a D cup on Ovcon), but the side effects were hell. My left breast increased more and when I got off of it, my right breast shrunk even more. Ever since, my left breast is now 1/2-1 cup size larger than my right! This never used to be!

I respond very well to herbs for breast enhancement (saw palmetto, even natural progesterone creams gives me an increase!), however, my right breast is reaaaaalllly struggling. It just barely responds to hormones or herbs anymore, whereas the left gets huge. The left is firmer, more sensitive, etc. The right just looks deflated all of the time.


Any suggestions?

Hey I know this maybe kind of personal but I’ve looked online about it and couldn’t find much about it. Also I didn’t question my doc just for privacy reasons. Anyways I got into a situation where I had to turn to Plan B pill (morning after pill) me and my hubby had a slip. Also this was supposed to be my first day on wonderup but since this happened I’m hesitate to take it together. Perhaps it would be recommended to wait until the pill has passed completely through my system and side effects have subsided? I would like to know if there are any drug interactions with herbs and plan b? Has anyone been there before while on herbs for NBE? Your response is greatly appreciated thanks!
