Can we stop treating this theory like it's anything but speculation? There is no proof that there's any one good time to start a program. You can say, "Well, it looks like people had more success at this time..." but that's the same attitude that got people thinking full moons made the crime rate go up. Until it is tested and supported by evidence, there is no reason to believe it's legit.

And before you say, "Wahaika said it"...Wahaika is not an herbalist. He is not a doctor. He's just a guy who acts like an authority on NBE and has the fortune of not having to actually physically prove any of his suggestions with his own body, because he's male. I'm not calling anyone out here. I'm stating facts.

My mom also just found out about this website and is thinking about starting NBE. She doesn't want to talk pills or anything b/c it's expensive and we are saving up on a new house. She was wondering if she should consume the fennel plant or the fennel seeds. She has a jar of fennel seeds and she takes a small amount. Is this okay for NBE?? If so, how much should she take a day in order to get results?

So I'm a poor college student obsessed with makeup and oil paints so I had to stall when it came time to buy my next bottle of wonderup. I have to admit that I was just a little worried about shrinking during my "broke" break, but to goodness they feel as though they are going through more growth these days as to when I was semi-faithful ..hehe.. What I mean is that they are tingly , sore, and accentuated looking.

I have changed my diet a bit since school has started. Im doing a little experiment to drink more milk and alcohol. Last year as I sat around bored on the weekends I grew envious as a lot of my roommates who enjoyed the party lifestyle, not only had a good time but their boobs became enormous! Also, all of my German family drink loads of beer which has hops, and have bigger chests than I.

As to the good news, I'm going to purchase more Wonderup which I combine with Saw Palmetto. Instead of buying that pretty overly priced Victorias Secret miracle bra, I decided to spend it on the pills that work for me.

Back to my main point,, has anyone else experienced this?

Have a beautiful day Smile

Hey guys,

ok i was reading the enourmous amount of info on the old board re detox cleansing.

however, i left confused about the whole issue. what is the best way to cleanse yourself? liver? detox? colon? gallbladder? which one would i need to get the most of my herbs?

I drank castor oil about 3 weeks ago, that isn't enough right? since it just flushes you.

I do have all of the symptoms tho, like fatigue, etc....

and how should i go by doing one of these cleanses?

Hi Ladies

Has anyone experienced mood swings whilst taking herbs?

I am taking Wonderup (which contains Fenugreek, Fennel, Borage, Milk Thistle, Goat's Rue, Soy, Hops, Ginseng). For the past few days I have been feeling really really irritable (plain angry, to be honest). Now, it could be PMT, and I do suffer from anxiety and depression - so it's difficult to tell. I wondered if it was due to the low sugar level from the Fenugreek, but I'm not feeling especially hungry.

Any thoughts/experiences?

Thanks!

I started a thread regarding this on the old forum, but didn't get much feedback so I'm hoping I'll get more here. For awhile there was a lot of discussion on the benefits of Chicken Feet soup for NBE, because of the gelatin and collagen it contains. I actually made some myself but around here chicken feet are hard to come by and it was kind of a pain to make. So I thought I'd just buy some collagen capsules and came across these; www.luckyvitamin.com/item/itemKey/69405. Check it out and tell me what you think. It's made from chicken cartilage instead of bovine where i guess most collagen is derived from. Think it's as beneficial as cooking up those lovely feet? It sure would be simpler!Big Grin

Hey guys, especially wahaika,

U mentioned to me to follow this program:

2000 mg / day (or 3000mg) fennugreek
2000 mg / day (or 3000mg) saw palmetto
2000 mg / day (or 3000mg) wild yam
1000mg evening primrose oil three times per day.
1000mg flax seed oil three times per day.
3 tsp per day of unflavored gelatin. Knox is a good brand.
6000mg MSM - See this thread: http://www.network54.com/Forum/371678/th...h+with+MSM
Take a good multivitamin that has: a B complex, zinc, A, C, E, D, and at least 125mcg of iodine.
L-Tyrosine, especially this time of year. This is a good one:
http://www.amazon.com/TwinLab-L-Tyrosine...B001G7R57C

this is very similar to the madredesietes program, except that when you adviced me to start on my cycle, u said to take 500 g of each on day 1, 2 and 3. and go up then...

but the Madredesietes program for example wild yam doesn't start until day 9?

so which program is better?

thanks for ur time doc.

I've been sort of lurking here off and on a few months, just too shy to say anything.

Got a question for you--What if you're saddled with a slow thyroid condition and trying to do this? The hypothyroidism is hereditary and I researched enough that I've been able to herbally self-medicate and get myself straightened out at last. So far, I've lost nearly 30 lbs. I have 20 left to reach my goal.

Boob-wise, I had gained so much weight that my A's went to B's and then finally C's. So far, I've been lucky that they've stayed around as I've lost weight. I like being proportioned for once! What's weird is that the past couple months, I've noticed that the girls are starting to "muffin top" a little out of the C. I don't know if that's because of what I'm taking or if my hormones have revved back up again or what...

I've gotten used to the girls and I'd hate to lose them when I finally ditch this last 20 lbs. Thing is, I've got to stick to my thyroid diet for my own personal health. Soy is my absolute worst enemy, followed closely by sodium. It's really frustrating.

I don't have the dosages handy at the moment, but part of what I'm taking does include EPO, biotin and a Vitamin B complex. That's helped a lot with appetite, overall appearance (yay hair and nails!) and easing off PMS cramps, though I've heard that EPO might also enhance the bust somewhat. (I'm also taking kelp, raw thyroid, raw adrenal and an herbal thyroid "energy" pill.)

Thanks for any help/advice/whatnot. Smile
