NBE newbie looking for advice after horomone test

Hi,
I have been on a NBE journey for about half a year now. I recently stopped taking any supplements about a month or two ago to get a baseline of where my hormones were. I think everything seems to check out just fine. I do have horomonal bc I think is progestin (nexplanone). I recently got my hormones tested to better understand my body. I will also attach my previous supplement list and was able to grow an inch in a couple months. I was a breastfeeding mom so my boobs deflated after I stopped. I was a 34b since puberty and went down after breastfeeding to a 32b/34a (started at 32 1/2 in) and after a few months of NBE I got up to a 32c or 34b (currently 33 1/2 in). When I started I was pretty hardcore in the gym which helped keep some fat off but not much but right now I'm out of the gym so I expect to see a bunch more fat retention in my stomach. Pretty lanky build but fairly muscular/ toned but definitely noticing a difference in my stomach area since I've stopped going( looking about 4 months pregnant if im being honest). I was vegan during the first half of NBE so I was surprised when I actually saw growth. But as of right now I'm not currently which I think also explains my weight gain(eating a lot of processed foods and dairy) but thought I'd share that since it may be useful information. Any advice is appreciated thanks!
