I am new here and definitely interested in NBE. Never really knew there were ways to do this until stumbling upon some info online. I do have a few questions. I am 20 and I've always had a tiny body frame ( 32A cup, 24 inch waist, 108lbs, 5ft 1in) I've been taking maca root for natural glute enhancement (which works Wink )and general weight gain but now I want to take a break from that and begin a nbe program. How do I know what will work for me without spending hundreds? ( college student). I saw rave reviews on bustmaxx and curvinexx on amazon and I'm thinking about trying one of them soon. Any real advice on those will help. Also, I heard great things about fenugreek massage. My goal is to maybe a cup size larger, maybe B or C cup, if I can get more than great. Any advice would GREATLY APPRECIATED.

P.S I am also on maxi hair vitamin(similar to hairfinity) which has grown my hair two inches in two months

I want to know what should i add if anything to see some growth
since i started before i started taking the herbs, My nipples were sore from the Chi Massages. Which motivated me to actually buy the herbs.

I've been taking fenugreek for about a month and a half, but I'm looking to switch to something else because my boyfriend finds it's making me smell spicy- like cinnamon. It's not bad as smells go I suppose, but he finds it overpowering and a bit odd, especially when it comes to having sex.

I'm not sure how much of an effect fenugreek was having really. Does anybody have any recommendations as to what I could replace it with? (if anything?)
I just got some flaxseed, but I don't think it raises prolactin. Does anyone know how best to use ground flax seed?

So far I'm keeping with L-Arginine and GABA to raise HGH, and I've just added 3g of EPO a day.

I've kept up with the FMD massage. I really want this to work! I want boobs!

So, I have been away from NBE for about 6 weeks due to a scare with PM. I was taking about 1000mg a day for two weeks. I had just started it and it made me spot for 10 or so days in the middle of my cycle which I never do. I even started it on the day of my period. I have tried a lot of different things but never long enough. I get impatient and now I'm a bit scared of taking anything internally. I just want to go topical for a while and see how that goes. I am still like a 32AA I measure at the store at a 32B but I don't fill a full cup for an A or a B. I got very deflated after my second was born. I would love to be a small C, full B. I am just going to do creams for a while though. I also have Hashimotos Disease and I know it's messing with the internal stuff. I'll probably go back to supplements once I get my thyroid and everything else leveled out.

What creams/serums do you all think are the best? I tried natureday and booby stacked for a month and didn't see any improvement. I am looking into Regener8 at the moment and I was thinking Triactol but noticed they were bought over by Brestrogen which Im not sure looks like the product for me. What do you all think?

I've been taking pm, spearmint, fenugreek and pc (cycled) for 6 weeks and in the last couple of weeks I've noticed I've started having an increase in measurement specifically in that region! I've never gained much in that area before (especially not so quickly)...what could be throwing me off?? I'm really depressed about this, please help

Does anyone have any information on or experience with fenugreek leaf for nbe as opposed to fenugreek seed? Much of what I have looked up is not clear as to the extent that the leaf has similar NBE properties, and even if it does , what would be the equivalent dosage for fresh and or dried leaves? Does it have the same tendency to make one smell of maple syrup? It is something readily used in cooking, so could be useful if effective.

back to the question. breast actives includes kelp in their programme, I can only assume this is to support the thyroid? is this correct? is supporting the thyroid an important part of NBE? thanks so much in advance for any responses.

ps ive read only on here breastnexus that for the most part breast actives doesn't see results. I have to wonder if that is because they use pills only and I know for me personally pills as opposed to liquid I do not seem to gain any effect (the absorption thing perhaps)! liquid absorbs better than pills, and although breast actives seems to be proclaimed to be the best NBE programme out there years running the fact you cannot email them and ask questions seems dodgy to me!
that said if the research on the net is anything to go by and I mean quite a few websites have stated breast actives is in the top 2 then you have to wonder if they are onto something.

I've done exercises mm othing's worked besides made them smaller. Any advice on what I can do? I have done push up bras but I want real boobs. Ideally would want a 32C cup. Advice?
