So months back I used black cohosh for hot flashes. Yes I started getting hotflashes at 17 due to my thyroid being a whack job lol. I remember that it helped a lot with the hot flashes but I swear I remember noticing that it was affecting my breasts and making them fuller. I am almost convinced to go back to it.

Has anyone seen significant growth using black cohosh? PM, SP, WY, FG have done nothing for me but cause weird symptoms.

Right now I'm just using the breast advance cream and natureday soap. It's been about 2 weeks so I don't know what it will do yet. I'm trying not to be impatient like I have been. To be honest I've given up after 2-3 months of nothing happening. I also don't have time or money for a pump so herbs and massage are my goal right now.

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips as to the supplements which would benefit an underdeveloped / possibly tuberus girl achieve better and quicker results with NB?
I was supposed to reach a D/DD cup but my breast tissue has developed wide with saggy/puffy nipples and not a lot of breast tissue on top
Also I'm from the UK and a student so the cheapest option would be preferable! don't know whether the Pueraria mirifica or bovine ovary option would be best.

I've poked around on past threads but I've only seen threads where people post that they bought the cream (but none posted a result). A few also said it was a scam.

Did anyone actually try this cream and was it real/fake?

Also, one of the online store I'm facebook friends with started selling this cream+scrub. I inquired her about it and she says it's $140 for a set (which lasts for 45 days-which she said it can boost one's breast up at least a cup). I can't find this cream online though since it's made in Thailand.

So I started the Breast Advance cream on Nov 21 and had my period Nov 23-27 and it was normal and everything. Now today I am having some spotting. I am wondering if it is from the progesterone that is in this cream? I don't normally spot in between my period but herbs and such lately have taken a real toll on my body. I also have Hashimoto's disease.

Before I started this cream I took a 6 week break from NBE due to some lengthy mid cycle bleeding that started 2 weeks after I started PM. I have had aches with the cream but no signs of growing. I am really wondering if the progesterone from this cream is making me bleed. Does anyone have any advice, similar stories, suggestions, etc?

Hi lovelies.
I have come off my natureday pills programme, for a while (if not forever) .. but that remains to be seen..

So to cut a long story short, after weight gain around my tummy and hips, extreme moods and emotional outbursts followed by a very short cycle, its not worth the .5" increase!

I'm quite happy about this to be honest, feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Progesterone cream (wild yam cream). Please advise if you think taking this may help balance out the extra estrogens I have taken over the past 3 months and if so at what stage do I apply it?
