Your body is so nice!!! *cries* I don't know, I don't really count how many times I press it. Just until I can feel the pressure and before it hurts, usually. However, I was extra enthusiastic that day, and did it to the point of pain! I've gone back to my old way, and I'll stick with that. The marks usually fade just fine.

Ouch, you obviously did pump very hard. Sad I will show you a picture of my skin after one hour of pumping. The pic was taken some minutes after I stopped pumping. Now 30 minutes later the red marks faded completely.
I will delete the attachment later, just wanted to show you that my ring marks are not really bad. How often do you press the hand pump approximately? I press it maybe 4-5 times.

Boobies looking good there Peggy!

Put some heat on it and massage, that ought to help dissipate the bruising Smile
BB, when I pump too hard my breasts turn very red / almost blue :s that's why I don't use much pressure, just until I feel a pulling. And thank you for the nice compliment (also thanks to Ella). Smile

That's the plan! I'm positioning the rim of the cup well above the red mark, so it doesn't keep indenting there and potentially make things worse. I've definitely learned that easy does it!
I think the growing pain I'm feeling that feels like the achiness I get during luteal swelling IS the achiness I get during luteal swelling. I'm suspicious that the spearmint is making my period arrive earlier, so I'm already in my next luteal phase. If so, that'd be fantastic! It usually takes a good century for me to get my next period, so if I can count on my cycles being shorter and a bit more predictable, so much the better.

My mark from my Kangzhu cup has faded considerably. I forgot all about it and didn't notice it in the mirror when I got dressed this morning. I think by tomorrow it'll be completely gone. Whew.

That's very good! So you can start pumping again, yay.

About the achiness...I have that too after ovulation. This is the second month in a row I am experiencing it. In the beginning I had no growing pain whatsoever.
