I get pimples so easily. When I first tried NBE years ago, I took evening primrose oil. I kept getting pimples on my chin, and I couldn't figure it out. I stopped taking it after over a year, and the pimples disappeared, just like that! I couldn't believe it. All that time, I had constant chin breakouts just because of the epo.
You get pimples around your breasts? That's so irritating! Acne is no joke. I remember someone described it as a disease with no cure, and I know that to be true in my case. But I've figured out how to fight it for the most part! And I think my NBE program will help me with my skin even more, as a lot of it is conducive for nice skin (like eating a better diet, getting enough sleep, certain supplements, etc.). NBE has lots of other benefits.
You know that's good. I'm the same, I now look at NBE as a pathway to taking better care of myself, better awareness/confidence and also as a result cutting back on my wine! When I realised I might overburden my liver I panicked and not only that its bad for me anyway.

I too get pimples around my breasts when I massage with an oil.
Now since a few days I put colloidal silver on a cotton ball and clean my breasts with it after the massage. The pimples improved drastically!

peggy, never heard of colloidal silver! I instantly got an image of the mercury samples my dad used to get on his job, little silver globs in a tiny glass jar.
I used up the tube of Muscle Rub I was using for massage. I honestly was just using it because I found it while I was cleaning out the bathroom and I remembered that BubbleBra had success with it. I figured I might as well use it up. Now I've officially switched to my oil mixture. I mixed in a bunch of lavender oil, and now I can't smell the flaxseed oil at all! I'm going to order some clary sage essential oil to mix in as well.

My luteal swelling is killer! I was finally able to go back to the gym today after being sick for a long time. I shower there afterward, and I always check my boobs out as I pass the mirror on my way to the showers. I thought I was seeing my (bigger) left breast, but it was my (smaller) right one! I wish there was a way to nab the swelling and keep it permanently.

Yeh i never really took much notice of her boobs but occasionally thought she has cute little boobies. I think shes more conservative in HOD so you dont really see them in sexy clothing

I was getting ready to jog today and was convinced I needed a super restrictive bra so that I wasn't dying of agony with every stride I took on the track, ha ha ha. I think achier is a good sign, too, though. Means your boobs really are feeling the effects of everything you're doing to them!
