Okay, now beyond measurements. And this is where I have to stop and say LADIES, TAKE PICTURES. Here are my observations visually:

1. My left breast is less saggy and more defined.

2. My breasts have filled out more at the sides.

3. My right breast is closer in size and shape to my left breast than it was last month.

I'm satisfied.

I stopped taking spearmint around the 19th of last month. Get this: It was making my skin worse. I kept getting little pimples that would scab over as they receded. Most people get less acne with spearmint; I got more. That's just how acne-prone I am!

This month I'm going to experiment with wearing bras more often. I'm a bit suspicious that going braless so often now is causing my new tissue to go into the sides of my breasts more. I'm going to see if wearing bras and scooping throughout the day like I used to will cause them to grow in a more pleasing shape.

I'm going to be stricter with my diet this month. I lost it once we got close to Easter, and didn't pull it together again for the rest of the month! I'm only just now recovering today. No more sweets! And I plan on introducing more DHT-blocking foods into my diet, as I think DHT is my main issue. Right now I plan on drinking more green tea and introducing a daily dose of pumpkin seeds into my food intake. I need to do more research on what I can do non-herbal wise for taking care of DHT.

(P.S.: Sorry about my side view picture! I know it's not the same angle as usual, and I didn't figure that out until just now. I've pumped since I took it, so I can't retake it now, otherwise it might be inaccurate because of possible lingering swelling. I'll try to replicate my first side view picture better next month. Sorry about that!)

That's so weird about the spearmint! Where did you get it from? perhaps it was funky...or maybe your skin just wasn't liking the chocolate overload, i know mine isn't xD (still got 3 eggs left :O )

I got it from Amazon. My skin recovered as soon as I stopped taking it, despite all the chocolate I was eating, so I know it was the spearmint.

Thanks, peggy. I'd never wear a bra in my progress pictures because I think that'd be misleading (unless it was the same bra every month or something). I want you guys to be able to see the natural form of my breasts.

I think they just look larger in the side view because of the different angle. :/ That's why I apologized.

Yeah was gonna ask how tight the top was, you're positively straining it :L

"straining it" woowww, thank you! I was noticing that, too. The fabric used to seem looser across the chest (thankfully it's still just as loose across my tummy and waist!). It's just like what I was saying about my pink, ruffly cardigan that I always wear on Easter. The buttons were straining across the chest this year. Yay! Waiting for the day when I can do that to my coats.
You've definitely gotten some good results congrats! I haven't been so great with me diet either

Thank you! Being careful with diet is sooo hard, isn't it? Why does unhealthy food have to be so tasty! I was good today. I had one square of chocolate and that was the only sweet I had (and I mainly allowed myself to have it because it had dark chocolate in it, which is good for you).
Updated program:

Sunday - Morning massage, evening massage and hydro pumping session

Monday-Friday - Morning massage and pumping session, evening massage and pumping session, and any other pumping I can sneak in between if I've got the time (particularly on Fridays, since I take a break from pumping the next day)

Saturday - Massage session three times in the day

I massage like this:

2. Then I do the deer massage, 100 times before pumping, 300 times when I don't follow with pumping.

3. If I'm not pumping after, I do the techniques from the video again after the 300 deer massages.

I pump like this:

1. I drink a glass of warm water or green & white tea

2. I lie down (apparently this encourages the tops of your breasts to inflate more)

3. Attach a cup to my breast and press down on it as I pump (I always pump my right breast first since it's smaller and that way it gets more time under the cup than my left breast), then seal the airlock once I've done about 10 pumps or so

4. Repeat on the left breast (I try to stop at 8-9 pumps on my left breast since it's bigger than my right)

5. Sit around and read for 7-10 minutes

6. Remove cups (starting with the left cup) and do 100 chi rotations

7. Repeat from step 2

I'm also eating well, avoiding sweets, drinking tons and tons and TONS of water (just ask my poor, abused bladder; oy!), taking a multivitamin, MSM, fish oil, b-complex, vitamin C, and vitamin D. I drink only water and white & green tea fusion and try to get to bed before 10:00.
