(14-06-2014, 11:59 PM)blessedbreasts Wrote: [ -> ]I was finally able to weigh myself for the first time in weeks, and I've lost weight. :/ It's kind of noticeable. That's my family for you; when we get stressed out, we just drop the pounds.

I bought some pure cocoa butter. Uggggghhhhhhh it smells sooooooo gooooooood. I want to take a big chomp out of it. Now I understand, Ella, because you were wanting to eat yours, too, ha ha ha. I used some with my coconut oil to massage and pump yesterday. Winning combination! I'll probably stick with this for a while, so long as my chest doesn't break out.

HE HE im pleased you know what I mean now and don't think im nuts lol1
Now I want to go and weigh myself :p brb... ok still the same! Smile

I wouldn't be surprised if my chocolate intake goes up because of smelling this stuff on a regular basis! I'll probably start craving chocolate all the time!

Keep that weight up. Can't have good boobie growth without it! The first time I did NBE I weighed the most I ever have in my life and increased on the measuring tape much more quickly than I am right now.

That would be incentive alone enough for me to keep on eating more! BUTTTT if you're only gonna loose it and end up with stretchmarks when you loose it all whats the point! Huh and Sad

DAMN IT WOMAN! Now Im hungry just thinking about it!
Il have to go and massage now :p (eww that sounds creepy doesn't it...)
LOL Ella!!! I never would have thought of it that way if you hadn't added the part in parentheses! Hahahahaha!

He he I just couldn't stop thinking about the delightful smell of it when you brought it up! So I figured I cant EAT it so I may as well massage with it and have the lovely smell wafting up all day! Big Grin
I had a low sugar bikki instead *blah*!

LOL oh no, I'm giving people sugar cravings! Not good!

There are some Dove chocolates in the same room as me right now. Must... resist! I bought my father a chocolate cake with fudge frosting for Father's Day tomorrow. I'll get my fix then.
Lately I've only been pumping once a day. Really want to do more, but mornings have been tough.

My appetite seriously hasn't been good. :/ Yesterday I only ate twice, and not much at either meal (one of them wasn't even really a meal if I'm being truly honest). Today I'm not doing much better. Been too busy.

I'm starting to think maybe, for someone like me who just isn't very into food, I might need to do herbs after all. I've never been a big eater (I used to, at school, only eat a piece of bread for lunch!), and add to it the fact that I'm very very stressed out, I can't help but wonder if I need the extra boost herbs would give me. Idk. I'm just too concerned about how my skin would handle it.

Speaking of skin, mine's been looking soooooo much better! My entire face is pimple-free right now! Trust me, for me, that's remarkable. I just have some scarring on the right side of my face and some texture problems, but other than that my skin is normal and healthy! I've been using CeraVe products, vitamin c serum, an Olay blemish control cleanser at night, Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask, Asian sheet masks, and Thayer's alcohol-free rose witch hazel toner. And it's hot and humid out, but still no breakouts! Yay!

Do I really want to risk it and potentially ruin all of that with herbs? Hm...

Would you consider a protein shake? You need nutrition. Its not best in the form of a powder granted but if you are not eating this might give you a boost. Given the wide variety of foods you should be eating daily to get all your vits/minerals I fear you might not be getting all you need.

Good idea! Fenugreek made me crazy-hungry, so if it's that you don't get hungry, that could help. however, if it's that you feel nauseous or are prone to low blood sugar (sometimes when you eat too little and have low blood sugar you can feel sicky - it's a bum!) , i'd be careful with it.

Go for whey protein . My son done well with that in his fitness program .
Since you're not really eating, you might try meal replacement shakes instead of regular protein shakes. Those would probably be more nutritionally sound, right?
