Last week, when I started using my Kangzhu cups in earnest, I couldn't keep my swelling to save my life. I'd let the air out of the cups and my boobs would instantly deflate along with it. Now after I let the air out, my swelling is like "Ayyy lol I'ma sit tight for a while." Not only that, but I swell bigger with fewer pumps. So now I can get pretty deep into the cups with no additional pain. Yesterday night, after my evening session, I noticed my right breast was pumping out bigger than my left breast! Since my right breast is smaller than my left breast, I can usually pump it to where it's the same size as my left breast. Now it's pumping up to about a cup size bigger than my left breast!
I'm convinced I'm going to get great results with pumping. So, in honor of that:

I try to pump for about an hour after my massage, twice a day. It really sort of depends. For instance, if I have to dash, sometimes it's only 15 minutes.
Yes, I heeded your example and have started counting my pumps and cut down on how many I do. But the swelling has increased. Maybe because I have what I think is luteal swelling right now. We'll see if it's still as good once that passes.
I wish I could also pump every day, let alone twice a day. But at the moment I can be happy if I manage to pump three times a week. Not having privacy sucks.
Are you able to put on both cups at the same time now?

And I know you said water noogling was weird for you, so you couldn't sneakily do it in the shower, either?
I haven't tried getting them both on again yet because I wanted to get another nipple stopper. I'm using the lid to a nut canister right now, and there's another one of those canisters sitting on our kitchen table at the moment. I'm waiting for all the nuts to get eaten so I can toss the container and take the lid. I'll try getting them both on again once I have that. Can't risk my areolae getting any bigger!

Just fill the nuts into another container.
Are you saying that your areolae do NOT expand while using the nipple stopper? That would be awesome and I would use that too!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll love them, Ella! Eventually I'm going to switch to Noogleberry (because surely I'll outgrow the cups I have now - right? please? - and this is the largest size), but for now, I'm really loving the Kangzhu cups and the matching pump.
