I take two in the morning on empty stomach, and then one or two before going to bed, and I try and drink the tea also.

Tomorrow I'll be upgrading my program. I'm adding a lot of things, but my main goal is to use the Kangzhu cups every day I possibly can as much as I can. I noticed that there's this brand of nuts that my brother gets that comes in these canisters with nice, smooth lids, and my eyes locked onto the lid one day and my brain went 'Nipple stoppers! Perfect size!' So I polished the nuts off and took the lid for myself. Since I can only pump one breast at a time because the cups are too large to stay on my chest at the same time, all I need is one for now. And I'd just like to thank my brother for inadvertently contributing to my NBE routine. 0_o
I'm looking forward to pumping. I love to read, so why not pump while I'm at it?

It's definitely something you have to get used to! It's uncomfortable, and if you go too far it hurts and you can bruise yourself. But over time it's not so bad, I've read. I think it's worth a shot. If you don't want to pay the money for a Noogleberry just yet, you can start out with these cups:

Thanks for the info hun, I will look into it. My only issue is that I live with my partner and he doesn't know about me doing NBE. It would be a bit obvious if he walked in on my with a pump stuck to my breast haha! I honestly don't think I could come up with any excuse for that except maybe that it is for sexual reasons but I still think it would weird him out a bit lol! Maybe I could sneakily do it whilst in the bathroom

Ha ha, that is one nice thing about being alone for the most part. I can just pump away in my room! You can try doing it while you bathe or shower. People call that "hydro noogling."
Mhairi5662, I have the same privacy issue. I can only use my pump when my bf is not at home. Currently I use it 4x per week, for approx. 45 minutes. Sometime a bit more, it depends.

peggy, I've read that the cups can get quite heavy with all that water in there! I want to try it, but I'm worried about how cumbersome the cups will be. Would you do it again?
