Just curious, what would happen if you stopped all nbe. You only did topicals and I am curious with those who have only done topicals if ALL of the growth is indeed permanent.
Also, once MR leaves the breasts, will the swelling go completely? Once you stop using it? A good experiment would be, try breaking for 3 months and see what real growth you are left with.
Applied some MR this morning, just a small amount. I'm going to be applying some more around 4ish or so and then more again tonight before bed. Like I said yesterday, the one I'm using now has a LOOONG staying effect which means more swelling over a longer period of time which should transfer into more growth. Or I'm hoping at least lol I'm also been feening for more Flax, but a better brand then what I was using. Gotta see about finding a good brand down here.
Hi Emily, so i was on pm plus breast actives cream for about a month my breasts got alittle puffier but no real increase. I just did I detox and I found your blog. I am starting to use icyhot and flax oil on my breast so hopefully something will happen. My question is about what herbs to use and how much of each. On your blog I saw you gave a few options of herbs to use together, but how much of each and what together is most effective (I have most of the herbs you used and I can easily get the ones I don't). I would really really like to see an increase before summer. Thanks!

Anyway i used breast active for 6 months and gain 1 cup (I was 34A now 34B), then i have used revita bust for 3 months but i did not give rapid result as i wish so I stop it. I plan to switch to NBE program, I bought some h erb such as fenugreek, flaxseed oil capsules, maca, and gingko biloba. But I am still confuse what's the best time to take those herbs, can you give me suggestion ?

well theres a bunch of flaxseed oil you know...and the one i know is the one that was the liquid softgels one

Some people like to take them through out the day, but I have way to busy a life for that so I would take mine first thing in the morning. It depends on your schedule really because some people don't like to swallow all those pills one time some can.

Flaxseed not Fish Oil, and no I would rub it on straight into the breast and massage it in thoroughly. I was using the Wal-Mart brand Spring Valley.
