Umm..um...forgot my question! >.< Oh I remember now. Besides uping my protein intake should I try to eat more? I weigh 115lbs. And also protein shakes and protein powder is rather expensive here. Any suggestions for cheap easy to get protein source?
And. Also I'd like to loose 1" off my waist to make me 23". Squeems and corsettes are out of the question, so do you have any exercise or diet suggestions?

lol yea that would be awkward to explain lol and my butt growth is kinda sidelines now as well I just check every now and then to make sure I haven't lost any growth and I do mini exercises to keep the muscle growth I got but like you said I'm really focused on NBE. I can't focus on both at the same time because I can't do both equally at the same time.
And yea it'll help picnh it in some but not like a corset of anything I do it to make sure my waist doesn't get any bigger while help give me a more curvy figure. and YES my bad I shoulda warned you but I thought it was just me lol it does kind hurt. I'm going to add lotion when I do it today. But I'm going to try trying to see where I get. I know it's probably not long term or anythng but i do love the instant way it pinches in your waist and give your an exaggerated hourglass figure.

Lol, yea, when I remember, I do a few Bulgarian squats a couple time a week. The only problem is that my thighs and butt are on fire the next day or two lol! All I've been doing for NBE is NB and UB...I kind of want to switch to PM, but I dont want to mess myself up...so far, I haven't had any issues with UB but it's just hard getting all that protein
. I want to do that fish oil thing, but I'll be so busy for the next few days that I won't have the time. After my NB session finishes up, I gotta finish packing up my dorm, clean it, and move my stuff to the car (we have to be checked out my tomorrow morning
). THEN I have to move my stuff into my apt on Sunday lol.
Oh! Speaking of NB, I can fit the XL dome of one of my boobs after using my old dome for about 30min! It's kind of annoying that I can only do one...I think it's because it's contoured that I can't get it to fit comfortably on either side of my chest. I'm supposed to be getting a soft ring for it, which will make it a lot easier for me ^_^
I love the look that my waist gets form that exercise! I think it'll tide me over until I can get a squeem or a waist cincher...or something. I didn't even think about using lotion! I have a some Vit E oil that might make things a little easier.

I found the exercise and I gave it a try but idk if I'm doing it correctly
after I finished my arms were hurting and my sides (the small of my waist) was red. For the first 2 minutes I only rubbed coconut oil and added lotion after. So I rubbed for 3 mins with lotion and coconut oil.
is thia normal?
