And the solid thing I'm feeling in my breasts might be the lobules. Can those lobules expend through nbe? Because I'm sure it wasn't like that before. If I'm right them it's not fat :s
If their size can increase then it can also decrease!!!

The lobules expand with the the breasts, the tubing is slick and flimsy like not solid ya know. And there surrounded by a wall of fatness to protect them. And the majority of them are concentrated at the nipple region for breast-feeding. I think its prolactin/oxytocin hormones that lengthens the lobules. But if you feeling the thickness at the nipple region then yes, it might be the lobules+fat your grabbing but as you move away from the nipples towards the chest it'll be more fat then lobules. And as the lobules expand the body puts more fat in the breast to cushion then. And yes, they can decrease but with proper bust maintenance I don't think they should. Sorry for the essay.
So it's day 6 of my MR treatment, and I'm sure you're all annoyed with my gushing over it lol 
but hey I'm just so excited to see some REAL growth again. The pills weren't doing alot, just making the girls fuller and perkier but not actually growing them like MR is. WOOOOOO! I [low key] want to grow bra shopping and run through the "Big Girl" sections of bra stores like a kid in a candy store but uh I'm going to hold off on my "Winter Wonderland" moment until I've achieved the maximum growth I can get from MR or until my current bras need replacing. I'm also going to be purchasing one of those bra shapers that push your boobs together.
Oh ps: has anyone tried that 3 Step bra system from that Japanese bra makers? BradelisNY?? I reaaaally want to try them out!! But their soooo expensive ugh! But yeah, if anyone has tried them, how was your experience? Did you do all three steps? Was it worth the money?

and the muscle rub do you think 'deep heat' would work has menthyl menthol and eucalyptas but I have it already around so I could try?
I have a step one bra and they give the breast a really weird shape. It push all your breasts to create cleavage making it look really unatural so I don't wear it at all. And yeah wasted my money...
Don't know the long term benefits.

It should work fine BUT please be careful, it has 30% methyl salicylate in it, that might be a bit much, that's actually doubled what I'm using now. And I don't want you to burn yourself. If you do use this, I would recommend using a TINY amount, maybe less then a dime size and spread it. If you feel you can rub on more then you can but don't rub on alot because it seems to be very strong. And really? I didn't know Chiyomilk used Bradelis! I'm going to check her page now.

You just bursted my bubble lol I thought it was going to be this awesome bra that scoops up your fat and deposits it in your breasts and then your boobies would look awesome and it'd be all magical, with tiny fairies and all. lol But thanks for the honest review. For the money they want I'd expect something great. I'll see if I can read some more reviews though. Thanks Mono 
Since you have big breasts it might fit you but for me if I could describe what it does I would compare it to eyes. I have two eyes but when pushed together I look like a cyclops.

Haha yes I tried with deep heat woo sure cleared my cold nose and I could feel a tingle for over one hour before bed but I have just woken up and my breasts feel heavy like swelling so looking to be working so far thank you Emily!
only used about a toothpaste amount shared between both breast used after flaxseed oil massage I tingled but nice no pain but I know what you mean by burn though I had this Japanese chilli slimming gel was absolutely agony for all night feeling burning and wouldn't wash off although in the morning skin fine that was some crazy stuff never tried that again.
One small word of advice, don't get the 30%/10% MR on the nipples... Made that mistake right before I put a bra on, was sorta irritating. Around the rest of my breast it's fine though (:
