Heya hun, glad to here your update! That's so great!!!!!! The FSO is really great for breast enlargement. I love it! Llai I'm to excited right now. And yea it took me 11 and a half months [a year] to grow my breasts.

And your supplement regiment looks great, also instead of ramping up just maybe do a cleanse and continue the vitamin regiment you have now. Ramping up might cause unwanted side effects, plus you already found a good dosage.

And I'm not sure, I know of the supplement, but not sure of its effects on NBE. Since it's high in Vitamin C I could guess it's ok.

And lol at bouncy babies!

Update: I swelled up to 38.5" My breasts are looking big! lol When the swelling goes down I'ma check my actual measurements.

So by now everyone knows of Chiyomilk's program. She went up 3 Cup Sizes in 1 and half years. And then two years later went up to an G-Cup. Ok so like her I've gone up 3 Cup Sizes in a year also [A to a D] and then in August after my cleanse will be starting my second round. And I'm actually hoping to grow to a G-Cup by the end of the year. 40" [which is my goal] will put me at a G-Cup.

I'm still researching for something that will give me tuberous growth, some to make my breasts wider

I was in my room studying for this ridiculous biochem test I had yesterday (the avg was a 50, and a 60 ended up being an A O.o). I'll definitely try out the fish oil thing once I find time to mask the smell lol. I recently thought about switching to PM (Ainterol probably) from UB. I figured that in a 2 month time span, I'd get better results with PM than I would with UB. At the same time, I wouldn't wanna waste my time/money on something that may not work for me either lol. Keep us all posted on that Super B-Up stuff Big Grin

hope you did great on your test though!! And try buying the lemon or orange flavored fish oils and mixing them with cocoa butter lotion. That's what I did. And how long have you been on UB? And also, Ainterol isn't the strongest or potent of PM from what I heard try Siriporn I hear that's really great. And I was researching more into the Super B Up, I'm not to sure it'll work for me. I've been coming up with a new NBE program and I really think it's going to work! =D It's sweet and simple.

You welcome hun! And no you don't have to cleanse every month. I do mine about every three months or so...

You take a cleanse or do a detox. I'm doing a Master Cleanse / Water and Juice Cleanse during my follicular phase and then during my luteal phase begin taking progesterone herbs and then my next follicular phase take a phytoestrogen. I'm changing up my NBE program... Lol hoping it goes as planned

Ok I'm now a full 38" Big Grin

lol thx hun!! I am suuuuuuper happy! This is gunna sound weird but I actually have the mindset of a big breasted woman now. Like I KNOW my breasts are big now! It feels soooo great and omg girl you just don't know! I've already been shopping around for some very DEEP V neck shirt and dresses llai I really hope you get there soon too! lol I know my breasts are big but I get discouraged sometimes and love reading other women's progress so PLEASE post your updates, even the small ones! lol

Lol! I wanna get like that someday! My boobs are fuller, but I think it's only because my cycle is about to start :/ I did well on my test...actually, I got lucky. The avg was a 50 (omg~ >.<), so the prof made a 60 an A lol (30 point curve). That's a good idea! I'll have to find where I can buy the scented kind...maybe Walmart or GNC. I'll make the trip once I get some free time Big Grin

Actually I've only been on UB for about 2 weeks but I wasn't sure if I'd get better results in a 2 month time span with PM. I'm still iffy about it because UB works for some people and not others, the same goes for the PM too. Yea, I was wasn't sure what strength PM I should get because I'm worried that I might overload hormones with it and mess up my progress lol. I have no idea if I'm estro dom or not Tongue
