OP, how did get your hips to grow so much? :O I mean, I could see how certain exercises and corsets can shrink a waist, but I never knew you can grow your hips too!

And, how did you grow your bust line too?


I'm 34-27-34. I'd like to shrink my waist till they become a 24... so I can be like an hourglass.

Lol no I'm only doing one...I wasn't sure how long I'm supposed to be using MT so I'm only taking it for about a week. I could only find one that was 1000mgs which seemed like a lot so I'm only taking one a day, sometimes two (the directions say 2-4, but idk). Thank you! I hope I see results too! I'm wondering if I'll have to use it in combo with something else...I sure hope not

Lol, ikr! The only thing is that my friends don't really go out much at all, I think it's bc they don't really have a ride...plus that, and we don't know people who throw any parties lol! I really wanted to go on a real spring break, but it's so hard to get everyone together lol! I'm happy that my grade are getting better though, I do wish that I could look back and say that I also "lived" during my college years...eh c'est la vie I guess XD

Yea, exercise helped me grow, but thats inches on my butt not so much my hips. You can either read my blog or my thread here to know how i grew my bust, but one of the main things was Flaxseed Oil and Booby Stacked.

I'm thinking of using Flaxseed Oil. I started NBE 4 weeks ago, and do hypnotherapy and massage. Do you think adding Flaxseed Oil will do anything for me with just the hypno & massage (as Ive a thyroid problem & can't take herbs, but I've been told on the forum that Flaxseed Oil is safe).

Where do you buy it from? Do you just rub it into your breast or massage with it? Do you do it once a day? How long before you saw growth? Is the growth permanent?

Sorry for all the questions, which I hope you don't mind.

Also, how do I find your blog or thread, which you advise readers to do?

Flaxseed Oil is one of the best NBE products I've tried! It gave me phenomenal growth and fullness in my bust. I also use hypno therapy and that is another great bust enhancer as well and over time your breasts just fill out more and more. FSO is mostly used for its Omega 3 properties as they can plump and fatten the fat cells in the bust more then their phytoestrogenic effects since its so little anyways.

I got mine from Walmart for $5.99 and it depends, I use to massage it in but since starting back up school I quickly rub it on and then let it soak in by it self after my showers while do other things like put on my makeup and whatever. I try to do it morning and night, especially night I love putting on a good amount and letting it soak in over time. I can't remember exactly but I believe its somewhere in my thread I posted when I started seeing results. And I'm still holding at 39" so yes it's permanent. Well, I just took my first PM pill this morning and so far I feel ok I can't really say I've had results/aches/tingles this early on, but yea lol! I'm going to start out with just one pill a day for about 2-3 weeks as the bottle advised and THEN I'll ramp up to two if I can handle it ^_^. I'm supposed to take it with something that has a good amount of calcium so I swallow it with milk I have noticed that my boobs seem to swell a bit more in the mornings now that my period is finally over...It's weird because I used to swell more before/during

The top looks good, but I had to keep adjusting it so I don't end up flashing XD. He wanted me to get a medium for the bottoms because he doesn't want my butt showing so much lol.
