Forum: Herbal Breast Enhancement

Hi everyone,

I've considered using some form of herbal breast enhancement, but I have one problem. Some might say it's a "good" problem to have in most respects. I'm a total ectomorph and can't gain weight for ish. I've read around the internet that having a fast metabolism/low body fat percentage will drastically limit breast growth. On the Bountiful Breast website it even says that neither diabetic women nor women with low BMI will benefit from their product. What a huge let down, since us skinny girls could probably use the enhancement most.

I did, however, come across this new product (out in like, the last few months). It's called Girls Love Curves and promises to help skinny, less womanly looking types like myself gain weight in all the right places - breasts and buttocks. I've probably waited all my life for a product like this, so if there's any chance that it's for real, I'd like to give it a try.

Now, I do have some concerns. For instance, the company is extremely new and that's a red flag.

Also, I don't understand how this can work better for skinny girls when other herbal breast enhancement supplements don't. Here is a list of ingredients so you guys can fill me in on whether this looks like the real deal:

Hey y'all im new and I know somebody asked a similar question in the BO threads about if birth control can affect your BO/NBE program. But I wanna know the opposite, can BO or the herbs such as wild yam, fengreek, and saw palmetto etc., affect the effectiveness of my birth control pills? Sorry if y'all covered this already...

So I was thinking about adding royal jelly to my NBE program when I start but I wanted to get some possible feed back on if I should even be bothered with it? So my question is does it help for NBE and if so how much should be taken? I also heard that taking nonflavored gelatin helps too....is this true?

Here is a rundown of some of the most common ingredients in natural breast enhancement pills:

* Blessed Thistle - The herb blessed thistle is approved by Germany's Commission E for the treatment of loss of appetite and indigestion. It was used historically by nursing women to increase the flow of milk. There have been no published clinical trials on blessed thistle for natural breast enlargement, so we don't know whether it is effective or safe for regular use in large doses.

Blessed thistle is believed to stimulate the production of stomach acid, so it can cause mild irritation of the digestive tract lining. It should not be used by people with gastrointestinal reflux disease, ulcers, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome. Blessed thistle should not be used by pregnant women, as it can increase the risk of birth defects and spontaneous abortion.

* Dong Quai - Dong quai is a Chinese herb used primarily to relieve menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, reduce menstrual cramps, and regulate menstrual cycles. The only published study on dong quai and breast enlargement was a case report of a man who took a combination herbal pill and had temporary breast enlargement. The pill was thought to have been contaminated with synthetic estrogen. There are no other published clinical trials on dong quai for breast enhancement.

One potential risk is that dong quai has been found to stimulate the growth of breast cancer cells (estrogen receptor-positive and negative) in test tube studies. Dong quai can increase the sensitivity of skin to the sun's rays. Sunscreen should always be used before any exposure to the sun. Dong quai should not be used by pregnant women.

Dong quai contains chemicals called coumarins, which slow blood clotting, so it should not be taken by people using the "blood-thinning" drugs such as Coumadin (warfarin), Plavix (clopidogrel), Ticlid (ticlopidine), Trental (pentoxifylline), or aspirin. For the same reason, dong quai should not be taken two weeks before or after surgery.

* Fennel Seed - Fennel has been used for centuries as both food and medicine. It was used traditionally to increase the flow of breast milk in nursing women, enhance libido, and increase menstrual flow. There are no published studies examining the use of fennel seed for breast enhancement in humans. In the 1930s, there was some interest in fennel in the development of synthetic estrogens, due to compounds called dianethole and photoanethole.

One study found that after consuming fennel seed for 10 days, the weight of breast tissue in female rats increased. Higher doses increased the weight of the uterus, which suggests that fennel in high doses may stimulate the growth of uterine tissue. Fennel may decrease the effectiveness of the antibiotic Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and possibly other drugs in the ciprofloxacin family and should not be combined.

* Fenugreek - Although there is an unsubstantiated claim that women in harems were fed fenugreek seeds to increase their breast size, no studies confirm fenugreek can result in breast enlargement. Fenugreek contains a compound called diosgenin. In laboratories, diosgenin can be converted to estrogen and progesterone but that same conversion doesn't occur naturally in the body.

People who are allergic to peanuts or soybeans may also be allergic to fenugreek. Side effects from oral fenugreek supplements may include diarrhea and gas. Fenugreek, in large quantitites, may cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). It should not be combined with diabetes medication unless under a doctor's supervision.

Hi, my name is may and i've been a member for about four years, the new forum is really great, also i love the women that come here and it's such a joy to read your successes....

now that i've introduced who i am i thought for the benefits of those who are new to the forum, i'd post some information on the popular flat 2 fab book.

This topic has been discussed ALOT and you can check the archives if you wish....

the woman who wrote flat2fab took basic knowledge from this forum and made it into a book...yes she got some growth, however, former memebers who were around when she was here, have posted many controversial threads about her. In fact it was said that shortly after writting her book she ended up getting breast implants.... go figure.

her book is not worth getting, You can find all the information you need right here and in the archives, in fact you can get much MORE information on here than you ever could from her book...if you take the time to go through the archives you will find that everything in her book and everything, NOT included in her book, is right there.

so i encourage you all to do your own research and save your hard earned money.

she is not a reputable source in information.

good luck to you all and have an abundant 2010!

Hey Ladies,

So I did NBE a few years ago and saw results. My breast got a tad bit bigger; however, my hair, skin and nails gained such great health that I became more motivated to improve those aspects more than nbe. What I've found to work best, as well as many other women is a combo of saw palmetto, fenugreek and wild yam. Many have expressed concern about cellulite caused by SP but if u exercise and eat right while taking it, you'll be fine. You can substitute SP with stinging nettle; however, stinging nettle doesn't turn the testosterone into estrogen like SP does. Try taking SP twice a day and stinging nettle once instead of SP all 3 times.

I kid you not, when I was on these herbs my hair was fuller and grew faster, facial hair grew slower, my skin was flawless and my nails were so healthy. I also noticed that my sex drive was ummmm... A bit more agressive than usual. Lol just being honest.

Anyways, give yourself about 6-8 weeks to start seeing results and when you do, you'll be soo happy.

Give your breats a few months to show results. Try to massage them or have them sucked as much as u can, as that def helps.

I am taking a low dose of fenugreek over time. I take about 1-2 capsules per day and wondering about the long-term effects and what alternatives I may have to obtain the same sensitivity in my nipples (or increase it!)

It's incredible taking fenugreek isn't it? Amazing sensitivity and tingling! I wish I could up the dosage but more just makes my heart rate ping so keeping low and safe at 1 a day.

Ive been on and off this journey for a while now. No results were permanent, but I wasn't on board with my programs 100% either.

Ive been off everything for months now, since right before summer hit. I'm ready to do this again, though, so I'm reevaluating my program.

According to the john lee MD hormonal imbalance list, I'm low progesterone, low but dominant estrogen, and excess androgens. The androgens are definitely spot on, i have some ugly nipple hairs i have to pluck out, and in general I'm kinda hairy. Well, more like excess peach fuzz kinda all over my body. Grossss... lol. But I don't have a high libido...

So, my thinking would be to avoid estrogenic herbs, correct? For right now, anyways. I have some fenugreek massage oil I made months ago that's still good, does anyone think thatd be okay to massage with?

Whats everyones opinions on vitex? Progesterone cream?

Besides a multi-vit, I'm going to be taking EPO, MSM, bee pollen with royal jelly, and saw palmetto. I'm really clueless what to do about the progesterone, as i'm a little scared to go with the cream.
And of course massage nightly with heat afterwards.

Oh, nice new website, btw! Its gorgeous.
