Hi Friends.

Tea, Green Tea, Spinach, Tulsi and other herbs etc. Usually the body's natural defence systems neutralise free radicals that develope, rendering them hảmless. Hơever, environmental assaults on the body like UV-radiation, pollutants and alcohol can overpower the body's ability to neutralise free radicals and damage the structure and function ò the body's cells. A regular ẻcise and eating mỏe fruits ỏ vegetables will vitalise inherent antioxidant systems.
Thanks.

I saw a thread somewhere about buying herbs but can't see to find it now. Anyway I wanted to say that I know from the old forum that many women in the UK have used Vortex Health, so I thought it was worth mentioning here too. Here's the link: http://www.vortexhealth.net/herbs.html

Saw palmetto!

I don't have any high testosterone levels. I looked at the symptoms list and I have none of it.
I have been taking 3000 of these herbs for 2 weeks. Fg, fennel, sp, epo, bo, fso, b complex. I haven't had any signs of growing yet, its very early I know. I'm wondering if in the long run this is what won't make me grow?
Should I continue or stop saw palmetto? I really don't know what to do. Wahaika, moon, someone give me advice please!

Thanks guys.

Hey everyone! I've enjoyed reading this site a lot. I tried buying some herbs back during the summer - and started with fenugreek, fennel, and milk thistle. I saw a little growth, but not too much. Late September I added saw palmetto to my routine, and grew quite a bit right away (around 3/4"-1"). However, since that time I have retained the growth, but have not had any more. I'm wondering if I've stopped because of the season. I live in a place where the days have already become quite short.

Basically, I need advice on whether to maintain my current routine through the winter, or stop until spring rolls around. I'm a little worried that if I stop, I will lose my growth, or that when I start back up my body won't respond since I will have taken the supplements on and off too much. I'm kind of into the "stick-with-it" mentality, since some people have said it took them many months to see results.

On the flip side, it may help jumpstart growth if my body has had a break during the winter, and it would save me some money.

Anyone else been in this situation? Any suggestions?

I had posted a message before and it was deleted probably due to ignorance but my body seems to respond to NBE very well. Back in April I started taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto together, I have always had a good diet but I am fairly thin according to, everyone and though I want to gain weight I am going to wait to see how much growth I can get from NBE before putting on weight (lean muslce). Ne ways back to april, I started taking 1 of each twice a day, I massaged with heat or without with Jojoba oil , sumtimes mixing it with a fenugreek capsule.

For a couple of months I really did not pay attention to my breasts, After my saw palmetto finished I still had fenugreek so I took that when I remembered and then i think sometime in June before my period my breasts were bigger but that would sometimes happen and go away after my period. My period came, they got a bit bigger, my period stopped, they stayed, and have stayed up till now. I would say I grew half cup size.

I had some financial problems and really no time for herbs so after that I just stopped and figured when I was ready I'd start again to see if the same thing will happen.

I started talkin my pills on the first day of my period in oct, the week before I got my period my breasts looked smaller to me I got my period they got bigger, about a week now after my period my breasts have gotten bigger again.
I tried massaging with epo but that appeared to have a negative effect to me, my growing pains stopped when I did and returned when I stopped the epo so I think ,I'll stick to what I'm doing.

I drink a soy chocolate shake as well from I cant remember the name right now lol
and I added pure raw shea butter to my massages which of course smells horrible but I do it at night

Also I follow small rules like eating on an empty stomach, I don't drink coffee at all or smoke, I drink pop maybe 1 time a week, Not a huge fan of sugar or salt so I like my healthy stuff and I feel this really contributes. I think the brand of herb really helps too because I've tried saw palmetto and fenugreek before with a different brand and it had zero effect.

Okay maybe not, but I find it hard to get anyone's attention on this thing so i thought the false advertisement might help. My question is important none the less though.

I am currently back on a program that I did with success earlier in the year , I only stopped because I saw that it was giving me results and figured hey there's no rush then! The results were permanent as I did this is march/april and I think my breats have only got bigger and i;ve got skinner =D

I know there are probably very few women who have had any success that has stayed with them permanately but I would like to know, those of you who have, how many cups did you go up- has anyone REALLY GAINED 2 CUPS EVEN 3?!?!?!

I think I've increased about 1 cup, my left breast is bigger than the right which is so annoying with bra fitting. I am almost filling a 34C...an that is my GOAL but 36C wouldn't hurt either.

I was just wondering if girls with high androgens should try to aviod drinking too much milk. I have had some problems with acne lately and been wondering what could be the cause. I went away for a week and during that time I didn't drink any milk and my skin cleared up. I usually drink a LOT of milk and I increased my milk intake around the same time I got acne. Could be a coincidence. I have been reading on the internet that there is an association between acne and milk consumption so I am trying to drink only milk with my cerial in the mornings. There is a diffinate connection between milk and acne but not known why. Cheryl pointed out to me that I might be doing something that is increasing my testosterone levels and I was wondering if milk could be the culprit. Any ideas or thoughts on this matter?
