Hey
I was just wondering if anyone had experienced any side effects from taking herbs such as fenugreek or wild yam.
Also by upping their protein intake (e.g. soya milk)?

A x

Hi friends
Has anyone tried these herbal breast enhancement pills, and i am curious if there are any side effects. I have come across a couple of them Breast Actives and Breast Success, and they claim to work 100% or money back guarantee. Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome as I have been thinking about giving them a go.

Taking hops and fenugreek, but havent taken it for one month and two weeks.

Got my period 2 weeks ago. Then got it again this week. Why? Is this bad? Should I discontinue fenugreek and hops?

Hey girls,
I'm pretty sure my androgens are high so I am going to try to balance them. I read somewhere that high power exercises boost androgens and I do competitive sports and need to lift heavy weights in my training. So my idea of a programme is to take saw palmetto straight after weight training and try to drink nettle tea in the mornings.

My question is: Do you think weight training could be causing it?
And if it is, would taking saw palmetto right after (or before) training help?

Quick question about caffeine. I've read different reports that whilst on NBE (looking at Red clover/Fenugreek/Saw palmetto + GABA) caffeine should either be redused or cut complete.

Can anyone shed any light on how much, if any, I could have ?

Has anybody tried this? Do you think it can be helpful in capsules? Here`s what I`ve found and it sounds good, I think...

Quote:Aloe Vera Capsule

The benefits of Aloe vera can be availed as capsules too. These capsules contain aloe vera juice in a freeze-dried form. Aloe Vera is used in many products on account of its nutritional benefits. It contains Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and many amino acids. As a food supplement, aloe vera capsules aid blood and lymphatic circulation and facilitate digestion.

Any opinion? Smile

Hi!

I've recently been researching NBE a lot! Before I properly did my research, however, I stupidly bought 2 months of "breast success." Since purchasing it, I realized that all of the dosages of the herbs it contains are really weak. I'm not devastated b/c I bought it through a 3rd party website and got it really cheap. I don't want to waste it though. I was wondering if it would be safe for me to take more than the recommended dosage and to supplement it with extra saw palmetto.

Right now, 3 capsules of BS (1 days worth) contain:

219 mg Fenugeek
168 mg Saw Palmetto
162 mg Fennel
+ smaller dosages of a few other herbs

I was thinking about adding 1 more capsule each day plus 2 capsules of 160mg gel Saw Palmetto. This would bring me up to:

292 mg Fenugeek
544 mg Saw Palmetto
216 mg Fennel

Is this safe? Could this be effective?
I'm also on Yaz birth control pill.

And I'm dry massaging for about 5 minuntes twice a day! Thanks!

Thank you so much!!!!

I've been lurking on the boards for the better part of a year now trying to gather information. I tried NBE for a little while but it didn't seem to work, so I took a break. Lately though, I've been finding myself willing to try again, but I need help. Between my last attempt and my upcoming one I went on Yaz. I also took the John Lee MD hormone tests but never received a response on his website. Anyway, according to his quiz I'm estrogen dominant. How do I devise a plan around my birth control?

Hi everyone,

I've considered using some form of herbal breast enhancement, but I have one problem. Some might say it's a "good" problem to have in most respects. I'm a total ectomorph and can't gain weight for ish. I've read around the internet that having a fast metabolism/low body fat percentage will drastically limit breast growth. On the Bountiful Breast website it even says that neither diabetic women nor women with low BMI will benefit from their product. What a huge let down, since us skinny girls could probably use the enhancement most.

I did, however, come across this new product (out in like, the last few months). It's called Girls Love Curves and promises to help skinny, less womanly looking types like myself gain weight in all the right places - breasts and buttocks. I've probably waited all my life for a product like this, so if there's any chance that it's for real, I'd like to give it a try.

Now, I do have some concerns. For instance, the company is extremely new and that's a red flag.

Also, I don't understand how this can work better for skinny girls when other herbal breast enhancement supplements don't. Here is a list of ingredients so you guys can fill me in on whether this looks like the real deal:
