Hi All. I'm completely new to NBE. I've read many, many pages on BreastNexus, but I'm having a really hard time finding the answers I need. I'm about to start my period and would like to start my NBE program as soon as it's over.

Here are the herbs I currently have to start with:

Pueraria Mirifica
Saw Palmetto
Fenugreek

So, here are the questions I have:

1) How many mg of PM is good to start with? Someone had suggested 200mg/day. Is that enough? Also, should I take both capsules at once in the morning or one in the morning and one in the evening? Also, has anyone heard of the company Thanyaporn? That's where I bought my capsules from and I'm not sure of the quality.

2) How many mg of Fenugreek would be good per day? My capsules are 610 mg each.

3) How much Saw Palmetto per day? My capsules are 450mg ea.

I also made a topical oil to use for massage. Here's what I used:

Mix 9 drops ofgeranium oil with 16 drops of Ylang Ylang oil in a base of 50 ml of almond oil. I also added a capsule or two (I can't remember) of PM.

Please let me know what you guys think? Should I add anything else?

Thanks!

Jolene

Hello girls!!

I read the herbs in liquid are more concentrated so I decided to give a try but I REALIZED I have no idea about how much I can take.

For example for Saw Palmetto the bottle says the max. is 3000 mg per day but I think this is too high and I won't tolerate it .

On the other hand I bought PM too in liquid and it says I can take between 3000-6000 mg everyday but I think the same, too much for my body lol.

Do you know how much I can take of each one?? Personally I think with 1000mg each one I'd be fine but I read n a post it is too low ....mmmmmm...

Hello ladies!

So after being throwing up 3 months and feeling exhausted ( I'm not pregnant, it's just stress Big Grin) my stomach is much better soo finally I can start introducing new things and discovering more my body.

Nowadays I take marine collagen+ fennel&anise tea + multivitamins everyday but in low doses : 1,5 g of collagen , twice fennel&anise tea and a capsule of multivitamins.
I am doing better so I've decided to get more of collagen and multivitamins the next month, March : 3g of collagen and adding more gr of fennel and anise seeds to the tea. Also I'll add another herb into the tea for making it more sweet , but I still have to look for the perfect one...
I read somewhere red clover is good for diuretic properties ( my goal = gain weight # not throwing up for a while I'm done lol ) but I don't know if taking as a tea or in tincture will be better. Any recommendation ?

About the multivitamins, I've decided to make a break and TAKE MACA instead .
I will take MACA powder between March-July starting with the lowest dose (1/2 teaspoon ) , increasing it every week till getting 1-3 teaspoons everyday.
I think this is best for me since I found out it helps with energy, makes you eat more, balance hormones (so , it's adaptogen ) and have loots of amino acids ( GO HGHBig Grin)

Since I know which adaptogen to use , lol , now I am thinking in taking Saw Palmetto(anti androgen) and Pueraria Mirifica (phytoestrogen ) but I read they can upset the stomach so... my question would be :

can I use topically instead of taking it orally ? I've found a cream , it's called Nature day(http://www.natureday.com/breast-cream.php) and have both herbs in its composition .
I don't know if it will have the same effect , but I did a research some weeks ago where I read our skin can absorb things topically too ... what do you think about this part?Huh

The ingredients used in the cream are these : water, octyl palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-100 Stearate, Caprylic/Cpric Triglyceride, Dimethiocne, Saw Palmetto Extract, Dong Quai Estract, Dandelion Dxtract, Blessed Thistle Extract, Kava Kava Extract, Wild Yam Extract, Mother's Wart Extract, Fenugreek Extract, Black Cohosh Extract, Fennel Extract, Cumin Extract, Myristyl Myristate, Glycerin, Trienthanolamin, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol.

Finally I'll add Omega 3 and Omega 6 soft gels (1:1 ) too but I still don't know how much I should take, I started with 1000mg each one ... basically I want to take both because my periods have been crazy and I NEED A BREAK FROM PAIN HAHAHA...

++++ MASSAGE ALWAYS, TWICE DAILY, OF COURSE.

Happy growing!!

Hi everyone,

I just started doing NBE last month. I did some research online and read a lot of successful stories here. So I decided to take maca and progesterone cream in my NBE program as I'm a estrogen dominant (normal estrogen and deficient in progesterone). I read about maca and I found that it is for balancing the hormone and treating PMS ( I have serious PMS)so I think it would help me to balance my estrogen and progesterone level and I used PC at my luteal phase to alleviate my PMS. However, I think my PMS was worse than ever. Cramping and blood clotting became worse. even I took painkiller and it didn't help.

I wonder if anyone have the same situation like me. Or I actually missed the side effects of both Maca and PC. Should I stop taking them or keep doing it? I really want my breasts to growSad

P.s. I took very little amount of Maca (3g Maca powder) and used only 20mg PC at luteal phase.

I am taking actually fennel tea everyday 1-2 times but I'd like to take something at the same time with no "side effects" if possible : I've read about DILL, ANISE, MARSHMALLOW ROOT & RED RASPBERRY that do not have any caution or side effects .

Any of you have tried some of them? And if so, how much I should take in capsules??Huh

Stomach bloat, Bad Bacteria, Pain, Fatigue, Food Sensitivities etc. as it relates to NBE.

Of particular (current) interest is how stomach bloating and food sensitivities can be linked to NBE. Gluten and an incorrect imbalance of good and bad bacteria in the small intestines are two examples. In addition, the thyroid and soy don't mix well for NBE too. (more info to follow). .

A diagnosis of celiac disease averages 10 years, take a look at the pdf the symptoms checklist of celiac and you'll understand why it takes so long to diagnose.
Symptoms and conditions potentially due to celiac disease
http://www.cureceliacdisease.org/wp-cont...omList.pdf

Bad bacteria is the major culprit here imo, in other words, it's the root cause. The small intestine is where bad bacteria like to hang out, : a must see here: https://youtube.com/watch?v=ONyq7K0jlQI

GLUTEN
Gluten, which is the substance used to bind dough in many baked foods, may cause severe reactions in some people. Once diagnosed, a gluten-free diet is required to prevent damage to the intestines. Wheat, barley and rye contain gluten, as do many additives made from these products and included in many common foods, including some cheese. More series ailments, like celiac disease, can be diagnosed with a biopsy or blood test. You must understand that negative results from these tests do not mean you don't have gluten intolerance.

Signs Of Bacterial Imbalance
http://www.steadyhealth.com/topics/signs...-imbalance

Going forward, or taking certain precautions: eliminate (near as possible) sugars, starch, (wheat), stress, smoking. look at what gluten does to bloated bellys. Try a gluten free diet for 30 days and judge for yourself. Two to three things will happen imo, you'll lose weight, add breast growth, and discover more curves (hips and butt). Big Grin this is just my opinion, (unscientific). Rolleyes

Add plenty of filtered water, look at adding probiotics, (add the good bacteria and reduce the bad). Natural remedies (oregano oil, other to follow), I think the ratio on good/bad bacteria is 85/15 (don't quote me yet lol).

Bottom line, as we watch our ever expanding bellies appear out of nowhere, this is a possible explanation why. Personally?, i tend to think NBE should be gluten free, and that's stemming from what I've seen. Starch(s) (found in PM), salt, stress, (and others) causes inflammation in our cells. mRNA (messengers) send this inflammation signal to the mitochondria, and what the hell happens?.........any guesses?.

Look better.
I mean why else do women wear push up bras, uplift bras, You name it! All these super models... IM sure they aren't wearing bras that DONT make hem look attractive.

Anyway I'm having a sulky moment Sad

My husband perks up and pays attention to me soo much more when I wear a bra that pushes up the girls and makes them stand out... However... I HATE wearing bras Sad you know he will poke and squeeze them(or more the bra that makes them look perkier) and I get really grumpy cause I know he will end up feeling more bra than my boobs ..

I can't help but feel like an unattractive troll when I'm not wearing them and feel soo unfeminine.

I guess had I have more self confidence in my sexuality then I wouldn't feel this wAy and continually take risks to raise x/y/z hormones to try make myself look/feel more feminine Sad

Sorry to vent, it's not my usAl style but I figure a few feel like myself male or female.

Maybe we need to learn to love ourselves and FEEL sexy no matter what our desired bosom or what have you feature may be... Maybe we need to act sexy whether we feel it or not ..

I can in all honesty say a person who I find unattractive can be "attractive" to me IF they act and perceive themselves to be a sex symbol. Is this the magic key ....
Love ourselves and see ourselves as sexy and what not...

Il try it tonight anyway and see how it goes down!

Hello girls!

So I was thinking about taking the next 2-3months omega 3 and omega 6 because I read those are "the good fats" lol but I don't know how much can I take because I don't want to have an overdose and on the other hand, primrose oil may be good but I'd like to get the omega 3 and omega 6 through multivitamins, so if somebody knows a brand of multivitamins that include these two supplements it would be great.

I have been looking for it in Spain but 0 success .... maybe if I look it up on Iherb?

PS: is true omega 3 and omega 6 are essential for avoiding PMS symptoms ?!

Happy growing <3!

Love
