I contacted one today and asked if he believed in herbs aiding with breast enhancement, and in so many words, they told me no. If you found one, were they able to help you? It's hard to believe all of this progress on this board is false!

I stumbled across this forum a couple of weeks ago. I have read a lot of threads, seeing so many get positive results I feel hopeful. At the same time my head is spinning with so many different options, what you need to know about your body first before using some of the products, brands, side effects and so on. It really is overwhelming for a newbie.

I have been massaging twice a day,150 for the larger and 300 for my smaller breast. I have been using the female deer and chi massage. I use either cocunut oil or lotion with fenugreek, fennel, anise, caraway, and liquirce. No results yet, although my smaller one has been a little sore and itchy very briefly. I wonder if it isn't just the massage sort of irrating me.

I am almost 44, and still receive my period regularly. I do have an IUD. I have an appointment with my doctor this coming Monday. So from what I have read and learned so far is that I need to have my hormones level tested. I was going to ask him if I could drink spearment tea and if taking MACA would be okay for me. I wanted to ask about MSM/ VitC as well. Am I on the right path? Any recommendations, advice or questions i should be asking my doctor would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you

I know maca is an adaptogen so would fenugreek or any other phytoestrogen just get canceled out?

I only ask if topical herbs are effective because a lot of the programs are daunting, and require munching on tons of pills. blech. I want to make herb infused oils or salves with beeswax and coconut or almond oil like this one:

I believe if you steep your chosen herbs in the oil and then turn it into a salve, you could massage the breasts with the salve and deliver the herbs topically like that. are there any success stories here with topical herbs or massage? I know the cases with the greatest results usually had a lot of internal herbs or vitamins, sometimes hormonal birth control/progesterone cream and noogle. I only remember one case of a girl who ONLY did massage with oil each day for a long time. In any case, it's always a lot of work and takes patience and dedication. I know you can't really cut corners with stuff like these but it doesn't hurt to ask sometimes

I was thinking of steeping some hops, fenugreek, white peony, tea tree essential oil and maybe some PM if I can find the whole herb in some oil, and making it into a salve this way. I guess a lot of people can have good results with booby creams sometimes so I could see why this would work.

Hello, I have an urgent question.

I have seen flax seed described as both a phytoestrogen and an anti-estrogenic.

Now, aren't these opposites?
Is this the seeds, oil, or both?

I'm under the impression that the phytoestrogen produces estrogen but anti-estrogenic blocks it. How would this be good for breast growth?
