I posted on these forums a few times.
I have uneven breasts with a large difference in size. My left breast is a C cup and my right breast is much much smaller. It would be hard for me to give it a cup size. At a guess perhaps an AA size.
Currently, I'm using massage to try and correct this. I started in Janaury and massaged for a good few weeks. Of course life got in the way and work became hectic with long hours which isn't unusual for me and massage took a back seat and I massaged maybe once every one - two weeks. Things are calmed a bit for now and I'm going back massaging.
I've only been massaging my smaller breast and I use flaxseed oil and so far I'm very very happy with massage. There's a beautiful fullness and I'm absolutely thrilled. I'm going to continue in the hope that an increase in size comes about.
I was looking in the mirror this evening while I was massaging and I thought the pair would look so much more better with the left breast (the bigger one) uplifted.
Surgery is out of the question because of costs involved and me having little money.
Would anyone here have experience of a natural breast uplift?

Been doing some research on using marijuana and taking herbal supps, and to my surprise a lot of people seem to think it doesnt do much harm, may even help slightly! But Ive also heard a few times that for NBE to be successful, you have to quit smoking. That I can understand, because its not just pure weed in my joints, tobacco too, and we all know tobacco inhibits blood flow, so yeah. Being a pot smoker of a looong time, can I substitute smoking it for making mull butter instead, and not have it interfere with my herbal NBE? Thoughts/experiences on the matter is greatly appreciated!!

I'm new here, but have been researching for a long time. I'm coming up with my program and came across this study showing that women with larger breasts have high HGH during follicular then high estrogen and progesterone with low testosterone during luteal phase. (For women on birth-control, it's a little different).

There's another study that shows that women who received estrogen and had high HGH levels grew about 3 inches in 6 months!!

So it looks like HGH is really important! What do you all think about this program incorporating these studies? Keep in mind I'm very pear-shaped so I only want breasts to grow and am likely estrogen dominant.
Follicular:
-Fenugreek and/or Shatavari 1500mg/day
-l-arginine, glutamine, lysine 1 cap/day
-massage 30 min
Luteal:
-vitex 400mg/day
-licorice 40mg/day

So I have just received a bottle of agnus castus, it's 400mg capsules, but I'm not sure if I need to take these all of the time or on certain times of the month?

Ok question. I've been trying to look up what each herbal supplement is (phyto estrogen, phytoprogesterone, prolactin enhancement, something for balance of hormones, or anti-androgenic) so i can find a good balance of pills to take (if anyone has a list they can share already that would be great) but somewhere along the line i saw with relation to Pueraria Mirifica there was some recommendation to track your cycle and only take it during one half of your month, but nothing in the other half?? since PM & fenugreek seem to be the most popular for phytoestrogens, should this logic of only being taken part of the month also apply to fenugreek or just PM since PM is supposed to be stronger? or should either/both just be taken daily for a few months.
ANY response, recommendation, help or even a i dont know would be extremely appreciated

I do have a few questions to do here!
1- I am taking Saw Palmetto because I read somewhere it blocks testosterone. I take it n tincture (liquid) 500 mg per day . Do you think the dose is good?
2- I am taking maca too, 1,5 mg everyday . It makes me feel better and helps too with having appetite ( I need to gain weight so hope it helps lol) BUT what I didn't know is it increases testosterone?! I thought it was a adaptogen?? Therefore, if I want to block testosterone ( excess hair issues ...) I should take VITEX?
3- Inositol : I found this thing last Saturday on a store and it said it was good for the inmune system and nervous system (stress! hate it) plus when I got back home I did a good research and said something about being good for balancing hormones but it was in spanish (I'm spaniard ) and there was lots of mistakes n the article so I still not sure if it was bad translated or it's true about balancing hormones and increasing prolactin ( = makes your boobs fuller, right?) .
So I don't know if I should stop taking Maca and try Inositol or Maca is fine with Saw Palmetto ....What do you think gals? I feel super lost

I'm new (this is my first post - yay) I've done a little bit of research and have started my journey but am starting to feel a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information on here (and on the web, in general). Here's a bit more about me:
I'm a 5'2", 25 year old South Asian female; never been pregnant, never went on any herbal journeys before now, normal period (but stray on the heavier side), I'm average sized (127 lbs) and am working to become toned. Not interested in gaining any weight other than on my chest and butt.
Breasts:
Starting: 34/36 Full A/Very small B (measured 3/7/16)
Goal: 34C (but it'd be nice to get to a D)
I want to take the most natural route possible. I also recently started my skin lightening journey (just to remove a permatan, nothing drastic) so I want to take things slow as my body becomes used to everything and to make sure nothing counteracts. I'm currently taking glutathione and use kojic acid soap for this everyday.
Current routine for breast growth:
-10 min massage using 50/50 organic virgin cold pressed coconut oil and fenugreek oil --> I massage them in circles, applying pressure with my right hand going clockwise, left hand going counterclockwise. and then follow that with massaging my side breast/underarm area for a bit.
-Fennel seeds (I pop these throughout the day...no dosage. But should there be?)
-Spearmint tea twice a day
Problems:
-Massages are hard to keep up with. I work long hours and have gotten lazy in the get-go. The first couple of days my chest would get red and tingly, after that my chest stopped getting red and I didn't feel much of any of the effort I put in manipulating my chest for 15 min = felt discouraged.
-My Fenugreek oil lost it's pungent smell after the second day. Does this mean I got a bad oil (I got it from a reputed company off of Amazon)? My BO does smell a bit curry-ish and coconut-y for a while though
-My breasts are rather flat from on top and have some fullness in the underbust. I would like for them to become fuller on top as well.
-My breasts are also rather...spaced? I would like to get to a point where I can have natural cleavage without having to squeeze them together impossibly
-I have very visible, thicker, black hair which can grow rather long around my areolas. This was the reason why I started drinking spearmint tea. I'm going to get some hormonal testing done soon, but the last time I had it done many years ago, it came out normal.
HEELP! What other supplements should I take? I'm hoping to get on a routine that can show some results in around 3 months or so (not expecting big boobed miracles, but if I can get to a full B/small C by then, it will be a goal met). Looking to keep it au naturale. And I'm on a budget so a noogleberry is kind of outside my budget right now.
I'm thinking about starting on PM and maybe MSM. Also looking for someone to mentor me throughout the process who also used natural methods to receive results. Any advice on supplements that help with butt gains as well? Any and all advice is super appreciated!

What were you experiences?

I've started adding SP about a week ago- I am reading mixed experiences here on the forums about it. In 4 days I will have been on Fenugreek and Spearmint for about a month- I believe it as helped some of my facial hair. Not a huge difference, but I shouldn't expect a large difference in that until about 4-6 months in, due to hair cycles.
Some days my breasts seem perkier I guess- but that goes away. I haven't gained any inches.
Should I keep taking SP and see how it does? Was reading the amazon reviews and one of the reviews said it made his wife's breast perkier within a week.
Should I continue with Fenugreek? What exactly is this doing for someone with excess androgens- do we know for sure (with scientific research)?

I just want to start by saying any help, advice or support you can give would be great and i truly appreciate it. I have been pretty depressed lately from several factors in my life and decided to try to focus on something to try to get out of this funk. So what better place to start than to fix something that has always bugged me
I am about a 32AA, even tho I buy super padded 32A bras. My mom is a 36B/C, my grandma says she was a 36C & my dad's side isnt too small either to my knowledge. I am also 30 and never had kids, so it would be nice to hear of others who have similar stories with positive results. I am trying some 1-3x per week pole classes (to try to help with the pec muscles a little) but i am pretty boney looking in the chest area - like i can see my ribs. i eat well, maybe just a little of a fast metobolism, where any fat seems to just go to my thighs. I also cant really do dairy (for any suggestions regarding milk for fat increase).
I am about 2 weeks in with the following:
Massage daily of about 300 (360 on the smaller left side) rotations with the deer method? I aim for 2xs a day. started off no oil, past two massages i have used plain emu oil. Planning to incorporate almond oil. It takes me a while with some breaks because i either do about 100 rotations on one breast at a time and then switch to the other breast to give my arm a break - is that ok?
I take all my pills at once two times a day. Does this sound ok or should i spread them out? (the first week it was only 1 pill of each)
Fenugreek 610mg - 2 pills 2x a day
Fennel 480mg - 1 pill 2x a day
Saw Palmetto 585mg - 1 pill 2x a day
Dandelion Root 525mg - 1 pill 2x a day
Marshmallow root 480mg - 2pills 2x a day
Wild Yam 425mg - 1 pill 2x a day
Also: just trying to make sure this isnt interfering with anything:
niacinamide 500mg - 1 pill 2x a day
tumeric 500mg - 1 pill 2x a day
i was maybe thinking of adding ginko biloba or ginseng too (i know i have a bottle somewhere and saw someone mention it to help regulate). or any other suggestions/reccommendations?
I am sorry. I know this is A LOT of info but i greatly appreciate any and all your help. My goal is to be a 32 B & would love to find out its possible for me
