Okay ladies!! I need your opinion. I am ready for supplements and I was doing some research for herbal remedies. As I am afraid of just taking any herb I want a real doctors opinion. I have requested information from this site. What do you think about it?

Does this look like a real site to you?? They claim you can get results by 2 months but I would only be taking the herbs and drinking the soup and not doing the acupuncture. I might be able to find someone here in my area.

So I used to have migraines in high school that would usually occur right before my period. Until about 2 months ago, I hadn't had a full-blown migraine in about 2 years. Lately, I've been having them quite frequently, always around the same time in my cycle. I've realized it was most likely from the Red Clover and/or Fenugreek since I didn't experience them when I started PM over two months ago.

Anyways, I looked around the site and google searched as well but couldn't find an approximate time-line for how long herbs stay in your system for? I stopped all herbs about a month ago but am still experiencing the menstrual migraines. Any info would be much appreciated!

Will taking fennel seeds give me the same result as taking fenugreek? I haven't been able to find fenugreek anywhere around here, but I bought some fennel and flaxseed oil. I've been taking 5-7grams of fennel a day and 26grams of flaxseed oiln and do both with massage. I used to be a full 36B and now I'm an almost full 36C, but could i be getting better results by taking fenugreek instead of or with fennel?

So I have fenugreek herbal capsules as well as saw palmetto. How much should I take of each to begin? I really have no idea. I also have no cream or anything like that to do breast massages. So after reading up on ALL the benefits of Spearmint Tea, I got to wondering what were some of the benefits of the other teas I enjoy. I've always LOVED Jasmine and Chrysanthemum tea. Hunch confirmed =) there are tons of benefits to both. Jasmine oil massage has reduced menepausal symptoms and may help lower cancer and stroke risks. Chrysanthemum contains many nutrients including amino acids and helps detoxifies the blood. Hmm...wonder what some of the other tasty teas are good for??

so I'm on BCP not for BC purpose but for acne n menstral cramps, so I.wanted to know if anyone can answer that can we take fenugreek or BO along with it. I was thinking that it is recommended not o take together with BCP coz it will interfere the BC whether I'm just concerned for acne n cramp. do u think that BCP will interfere nbe purpose if taken together?

I put together a product based on all the info I've gathered. But it seems way more complicated than I thought it would be to get started. Even finding the correct regulations is a pain, let alone following them. Does anyone know anyone who has done this before? Or, failing that, how to find manufacturing facilities which could take on a blend?

I would consider other alternatives. At least one of the ingredients is a much better deal in bulk so I'd like to mix it myself, but there might be other ways.

I have read in few posts and other links that pear shaped are estrogen dominant.
In that case PM cannot be used. Can anyone in the forum with pear shape tell me how you have successfully enlarged your breasts.
