So I want to add something else to my program because it's slow goings. I noogle, I use progesterone cream, and take zoft gum. Has anyone had experience with Clevagen? I want to hear pro's con's anything

Hi I have pear shaped body and I usually gain weight on my hips and thighs. I have started my nbe with PM. I am taking fenugreek to increase my prolactin levels so that benefits from PM are directed to boobs. Can any one suggest any other approach.

I have read in a post that hops is for development of mammary glands and is rich in flavonoids. Is it a phytoestrogen supplement also? Can we take with any other phytoestrogen supplement?

This procedure will permanently enlarge your nipples ( only your nipples )
It will not make them more sensitive.

Apply a vacuum device (explained below ) to a nipple for about 10 minutes once a day-( never more then once a day )
There will be about a 10% residual enlargement 4 hours after each session --again this is permanent and they will not shrink!

during each session your nipple will expand with blood, after a couple hours the blood will dissipate and the nipple will shrink.- to 110% of it original size.

This works by tearing the nipple skin cells away from each other, the nipple skin cells detect a separation and go into cell division mode- creating permanent skin growth.
