IIIII KNOOWWW RIGHT!!! I think if anything ive noticed with my bras I seem to have a bit more cleavage so maybe theres a bit of growth up top. I kinda think the noogleberry plays a role there. that's why I cant wait until you get into it. Ive started to finish off the natureday too as of today. But il take a lot LESS than what I was taking before. I went silly and overdid it. Plus my vitex should arrive early next week with any luck so Il use that as well to hopefully balance out a bit.

Just decided to stop taking fenugreek. My hair loss rate increased since taking it and I am afraid the FG raises my testo levels. Taking it since only 9 days, so not sure if its really the FG but I read some studies which stated that FG can raise testosterone!

that's aweful! so was your hair falling out pre fenugreek? which begs the question pre existing hormonal problem? did you have a pre existing that you were aware of pre nbe?

I have the problem since almost 10 years. But after fixing my thyroid (this year in July) it got much better and lately I was losing very few hairs. That's why I am really worried now.

How late is it in your country? You have 2014 already, don't you? If yes I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR, Ella.

I wonder then if the fenu has upset your thyroid then? I believe I have a mildly underactive thyroid but the drs here would only do the t4 inacurrate test anyway so would be looking at a couple of hundred at least to get a proper one done at the naturopaths so I am making a point of trying to include a lot of idodine in my diet, although I realise if your hyperthyroid you should avoid?
