Fenugreek - just read this

Fenugreek is the hard, brownish-red seed of the Trigonella foenum-graecum plant, which is used as both an herb and a culinary seasoning. In India, fenugreek is often used to lower high blood glucose levels associated with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It is also used to stimulate lactation in nursing women. However, avoid fenugreek if you have either an underactive thyroid or overactive thyroid gland. Phyllis A. Balch, author of "Prescription for Herbal Healing," says that fenugreek can alter the levels of your thyroid hormones. Consult your doctor before taking fenugreek if you have thyroid problems.
Thanks Ella. I will look into it.

I might have also a hormonal imbalance, since my skin was always oily since puberty and I get some blemishes before my period and before ovulation, so apparently I have to much testosterone or DHT. I read that fenugreek is good for hair but then I found these studies where bodybuilders took FG and their testosterone went up. Dodgy

And yes iodine is not good if your thyroid is hyperactive.

Yeah, that's not good. I won't take the FG anymore.

Well that's disappointing peggy but in the same breath I took fenugreek for 3 months before I tried natureday and I was taking it at the reccomended high dosage and given I've breastfed before one would think I would have reacted to the boost of prolactin but.... NOTHING! Maybe fenus not all its cracked up to be!
Anyway I hope you have a lovely new years eve, eat drink and be merry Smile x

Its exciting eh seeing how big they go up eh!!. I keep forgetting to drink heaps of water to hekp with the swelling. I drink a coffee instead :s
I thought you gave up with the coffee?

Used the pump for 1:45 hours but always pumped for 7-8 min, then massaged for 2-3 min etc. I do not have much swelling though, just 1 cm more.
